Great service and cheap immigration medical!!! I went to Victoria Park Medical Suite for immigration Medical on Tuesday, all the checks were completed within one hour, and the report has been sent to the Immigration office on Thursday.

Came to VPM for an immigration medical. Experienced a very fast, friendly and professional service from Dr Jeff Wong and admin team. Very impressive especially at this competitive rate! Thank you

Best medical doctors and medical practice I have ever been with. Registered as a patient 6 or 7 years ago and couldn't be happier. The facilities are new and clean. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. The nurses are kind, professional and thorough. The doctors are extremely good and professional. Our family doctor is Dr Grabiel, but both my husband and son have been seen by Dr Jeff and he was great too. Yes, you might have to wait a bit sometimes as appointments are not always on time. But that as never upset me. When you are at your appointment they listen to your concerns, ask a numbers of questions and examine you thoroughly, and that sometimes takes time. I feel safe, well looked after ad I trust Dr Grabiel and Dr Jeff. Thank you to Victoria Park Medical Suites staff, nurses and doctors for being there for me when I needed you.

Best experience for immigration medical. I was done with the medical part in like 30 minutes and the wait time was short. The staff was friendly and informative. Went in on Monday and results were sent to immigration on Wednesday, with no need to follow up. Highly recommend.

One of the best clinics to get your immigration medicals done. Completely hassle-free and the staff are really friendly n helpful.. big thanks to Roxanne who made me feel comfortable and talked me through the entire process, so that I knew what would happen during the whole session.

Everything is good at their end. you guys need to work on your COVID plan when you tell patients not to bring someone along at the clinic. In the emails you guys send before confirmation of an appointment maybe you can add this too. Other people's time is also valuable. I work in the same field and feel you need to update your Pandemic plan in such a way to cause least inconvenience to both your staff and patients. 😊

Visited it last week to get my immigration medical done and for the last four years I have been in NZ this is the best ever service I got from a medical centre. Especially Roxane, the nurse who assisted me was super kind and nice to me. Keep up the good work.

As others who have shared their review, I went in for a check up for Immigration. Not only the staff is very polite and efficient, they do their best to make you feel relaxed. The check up was very timely and Dr Jeff was very patient in explaining the process and the relevancy of procedures. I was a bit anxious at first but they took best care to relax me for my BP readings. Best thing of all, as they knew the urgency for my results, they were delivered to me within 24 hours. Would highly recommend these guys for your check up, bear in mind parking could be tricky, I came on the motorbike so it wasn't and issue for me.

Was a very smooth and stress free experience: After looking around for so many clinics, we came across the team here at Victoria Park and they were by far the cheapest! On top of that, they were able to book an appointment for us for immigration on the same day as opposed to others which required about a weeks notice. The staff were very friendly and the nurses and doctors were brilliant and very pleasant! Only problem would be the trouble of finding parking but that’s expected anywhere in the city anyway. Would definitely not hesitate to go back again when need be! Thank you!

It's actually 6 stars, not 5. I got my medical tests for Immigration NZ here. You have to book the appointment, so there are no queues. No need to take photos somewhere, everything is done here. Except X-Ray but I have no experience with that. The frontdesk, nurses and doctors are friendly and always ready to help. The whole process took something more than half an hour. In 2 days I got my results submitted to INZ. Taking into account that the price is almost the lowest among other medical centres and the quality of service is great, Victoria Park Medical Suites is the best choice IMHO.

Arrived to my immigration medical appointment fifteen minutes early. Staff put me in as having checked in thirty minutes after that time. Wasn’t seen by nurse until twenty min after appointment time. They schedule the doctor for thirty minutes after appointment time (according to nurse). Still, doctor was twenty minutes late as well. The staff was kind and access to immigration medical details and costs online was convenient, but couldn’t possibly recommend for anyone with a schedule.

As a first timer women who goes to clinic for a medical check up ALONE. My experience with Victoria Medical Suites made me very comfortable since staffs made me calm with their welcoming smiles and guides you well through out the process. If you ask how is there process, well it went out smoothly with me, from having an appointment until sending them my results. I have chosen Victoria Medical Suites to have my Medical Exam for immigration purposes since I found out through my research that this clinic has the highest rating and as for the experience it DID NOT FAILED me on my expectations. They Deserve 5 stars for the affordable price yet very great service. Miss Zyrene who took my blood was very awesome when it comes to needles since I did not felt so much pain like my other experiences on other clinics, another best thing is Dr. Grabiel Ng explains very well what she finds out during the exam and the way she explains makes you calm better with her comforting gesture and lastly Results came in, emailed to you and submitted to immigration for only 3 working days. Additional after 3 months NZ immigration contact me regarding my medical exam. went to VPMS immediately to seek advise and luckily Miss Gay is very approachable and fixed the concern right away. and just a couple of minute everything is all in process.

Medical staff are top professional the nurse who drew my blood really I didn’t feel the sting or any pain.. Comfortable and cozy sitting area while you are waiting and even complimentary water and an added bonus here is the very warm smile on her face and efficient service of medical admin Pise, thanks for your kind assistance TEAM. Most importantly is the Value for money cost wise I did inquire to others and found this is the cheapest rate I really had a good deal for both General Medical and Chest- Xray. I will truly refer Victoria Medical Park for those wanting to get sorted their medical.

My 5 year old daughter and I went last Saturday morning to this clinic and we were very impressed with the service. They were very thorough and patient and great communication regarding blood results etc the days after. Excellent service here if you need a fast, very reasonably priced Immigration Medical. I went here for an Immigration Medical Exam and everyone was so kind and professional. The nurse, Zyrene, who took my blood was literally the best experience I've had. I have very small veins that don't respond very well and usually bruise for a while after. Zyrene got it on the first try and I only bruised for a day or two! I appreciated her skill so much! Likewise, Dr. Wong was personable and made my visit feel comfortable. The facility is kept clean and has a relaxed feel, despite being a medical office. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!

I recently attended Victoria Park Medical Suites for a Limited Immigration Medical. I cannot extol enough the professionalism I encountered there. All the staff were most helpful kind and efficient. Pisces on reception very efficiently arranged my appointment at short notice. The visit itself was seamless the paperwork and blood test by Zyrene was efficient friendly and most of all painless! The medical exam was conducted by Dr Jeff Wong a lovely doctor in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. The whole visit took just less than 1 hour. They also arranged my Xray at nearby Auckland Radiology Group in Ponsonby. The results were available and submitted by Victoria Park Medical to INZ within the promised 2 days. This is sharp contrast to what I was advised at other North Shore clinics where results could take up to 2 weeks. In addition the charges were lower than other facilities offering the same services.

Great staff! The doctors were really kind. The injection I had was totally painless. Her hands are gold! Doc Jeff was really really professional. He took time to speak with me making me feel really comfortable. Victoria park medical suites is simply the best!

I had my Immigration Medical check done here. The staff were very kind, friendly, and approachable. The medical check was fine, straightforward. Additionally, I accidentally forgot my watch there, and they secured it and kept it overnight for me to pick up the next day.

It was actually, quite lovely - which is not how you would normally describe a medical consultation, but yes, a good clinic experience. :) I'm glad I found VPMS because the one I intended to go to was fully booked. The space is welcoming, for a clinic - with an array of reading material and TV with very interesting documentaries + drinking water dispenser. Dr Jeff was both professional, approachable and thorough which made the check-up a positive experience. They do Immigration Medicals here at a very reasonable price compared to other clinics. It is also quite accessible being so close to Victoria Park. I'd come back again for future consultations and I definitely recommend others to visit too.

Victoria park medical suites is an excellent doctors practice. Being someone who is typically a bit sheepish when it comes to going to the doctor, I have been delighted to find a place which makes me feel extremely calm and comfortable whenever I visit! The doctors are lovely, knowledgeable, and thorough. The nurses are also extremely helpful and attentive. One example of the great customer service, which is a credit to the team, is that I was recently overseas and became ill. I emailed doctor Grabiel and received a reply with advice very promptly. Upon my return home, I checked my voicemail messages, and the nurse had called me that same day asking how I was, and if I needed an appointment. I was very impressed with this service. Aside from this, the price is very reasonable, the facilities are beautiful, and the location is extremely handy for those who work in the CBD, for a quick lunch break check up! Thanks team!

I attended the Medical suites last week, as i required a full medical for my NZ Visa application. Even though i don't like going to doctors and hospitals, this was a good experience. Dr Wong was friendly and welcoming and before you knew it, it was over. The medical suites were in a good location, easy to find the staff great. All round a good experience and i will be taking my family there next week, for their medicals.

My family and I attended the Victoria Park Medical Suites for our immigration medicals. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional and dealt with our two young children in a fun and approachable manner. They offered the best value I could find in Auckland being at least $20 per person cheaper than the next most competitive but there was certainly no compromise on service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

I had to undergo a general medical test for my work visa application and the staff and doctors at Victoria park had everything under control. The process was really smooth, right from booking an appointment to receiving the result. Doctor Jeff Wong made me feel really comfortable during the checkup and went through the process very professionally. Highly recommended.

The nurse and the doctor are amazing! They are very patient, kind, and willing to help. They explain everything in details and make sure you understand what they've said. And the cost is very reasonable. I will strongly recommend The Victoria Park Medical Suites to my friends.

The service is pretty slow. I took two tests for immigration and they took 5 working days to process my results. The staff at the reception was rude. The service is not cheap as they state in their website. However, the place is hygienic and well equipped.

We went to Victoria Park Medical Suites for my wife's limited immigration medical last November. Expect the long waiting time, the experience was really wonderful. The ladies on the reception was very helpful and friendly. We wife was examined by Dr. Grabiel Ng. She was a very professional but friendly doctor. Made an appointment and wasnt really happy as the woman on the phone was really unhelpful but as the clinic is close to my work just decided to give it a try. Clinic is clean which was good and doctor Ng was amazing! She actually cared and was very welcoming and listened to my corncerns. Price also affordable if you register with them. So going to change my gp! Highly recommend

wise choice to go for the immigration med. Excellent service. We have had troubles submitting the documents and people there are willing to actively help. and very importantly the price is reasonable. The parking place around can be free for the first ten minutes.

Usually the service in New Zealand is awful, but in this case I must say I was totally surprised by the high level this place treat to its clients. I came for a medical examination (for my working visa) and it was done in a very professional way, specially dr. Wong who understand your needs and also the nurse (sorry for not remembering her name). I don't know about their other services but for medical examination it's definitely the place- ask for dr. A bit hard to contact but if you take the time to send a mail you will not regret it. The immigration medical is very cheap but the quality of the staff is very good. everybody is very kind en helpfull.

If you are looking for a Professional medical services for your Immigration Medical and etc I highly Recommend them. Making the Appointment was easy. Withing 30mins you are done depending on the test. I did a half medical today and Ms.Hannah who attended me was very kind and very professional. I didn't feel when she was taking the blood since she made me so comfortable during the blood taking process. Everything was a good experience even the reception staff and the Doctors. And reasonable price as well.
