Excellent service - Dr Low is very kind and knowledgeable. Very attentive to patients. Front desk staff and nurse also very helpful and informative. I went for my Covid booster shot and the nurse administering it was very good. She was fast but gave me no pain. Fees very reasonable - Dr Low took his time to explain health conditions clearly and he also answer all questions patiently. He is genuinely helpful. Definitely value for money for any consultations with Dr Low. Would recommend this medical centre. So happy that we have such good professionals in our community, including their accupunturist who is always so friendly. I would give them 10* if possible.

Great team - Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Receptionist always welcoming. Acupuncturist is professional as well as Dr Low. I trust this clinic with my family and their health.

Dr Albert are the best!!.... Dr and the nurse are so kind, friendly and patience to us. Especially to my 3 kids they use to afraid of doctors but now they are friend with waitakere i-Medical staff. Keep it up!!

Fantastic medical centre. Both Dr Albert and Nurses are wonderful, always have appointments available. Reasonbly priced. Knowledgeable and look after you well. Highly recommend these guys for your health needs.

The best medical centre in Auckland!!! been to many family doctor none of them like waitakere i-medical. Doctor Albert and Candis they are so kind to everyone and always have the patiance to advice us in detail. Eddy their Chinese acupuncturist doctor are so gentle and skill. if anyone would like to try but afraid definitely recommend him. he makes everythings look easy. 😊

The clinic is so accessible and parking in the mall is cool. The facilities is superb. Receptionist and nurse are so friendly and kind.The doctor is very thorough and very professional. It's very assuring treatment there. Highly recommended

I've been to a few practices in my life being an epileptic and asthmatic im always back and forth to the doctors but this practice really stands out the most their practice is always so nice clean and tidy you get a very warm welcoming feeling as soon as you enter their doors the staff are always so polite caring and understanding they really make you feel at home I trust them 100% with my healthcare and my childrens healthcare this place is amazing check them out and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about 🙂
