J.Health and Sport Central in Christchurch is a great place to attend for podiatry.. Mr Ben Lamb is a top professional. He puts you totally at your ease, and his skill is such that it is enjoyable having your feet treated. Remembering about your previous visits, and taking a sincere interest in your life, is really appreciated.
I'm more than happy to recommend him .

I have been a patient for Greg Knight for well over 10 years and had trained with Ben Lamb in the late 90s. The change from Hoon Hay Medical to here was inevitable... and the right move! Tara and Cushla are very personable at reception and Dr Robyn Barnes has been very understanding and sorts out issues very well. Well recommended 👌

C.Katie did an excellent job in helping me to strengthen my shoulder and surrounding areas. After regular physio sessions and consistent practice of the exercises, I noticed many positive changes in my shoulder and overall physical health. She is welcoming, asks good questions, actively listens, and clearly demonstrates physio exercises. I highly recommend Katie and Health and Sport Central!
E.Went in with really sore legs after a few longer runs, the massage therapist is amazing!! I could feel such a huge difference when I walked out after just 45mins. I almost don't want to write this review so that I can still get appointments. But if you're sore and have the time, book in with Victoria - she's amazing.
R.Ben was very kind and did a great job of fitting my Orthotics, they out lasted their expiry date and were very comfortable, no more sore feet.
