J.Heard good things about them from a friend, but their scheduling is extremely inconsistent and people change times with little or no warning. Also very rigid, refuse to do ANY home help when their client is in hospital, regardless of a recent diagnosis of severe debility on the part of the client's wife. Like their intent, dislike the implementation.
