A.I received kind and caring care from the doctors and nurses at city medical today when I was feeling rotten. A special thanks to the receptionist who whipped me into an appointment and got the lovely nurse to see me straight away. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten everyone’s names except Dr Jo but you’re all amazing and thank you for your work especially through the pandemic/red light system.

Went there at night around 10pm as parter wasn't feeling well. Doctor was finished at 9pm so a nurse looked her, she did her best and even provide some medication too. Very friendly and also the lady at reception was really nice too , she welcomed us with a big smile even at that time of the day. Just want to say a big thanks to the team. Handle it real well.
T.We had to come here because of a serious eye infection on a Saturday. The doctor saw us pretty fast. It was as good as it gets in a situation like this. The fee was about 80 dollars.
D.I would like to put in a "GOOD" word for the Napier City Medical and Doctor Mathew White.
We were away from home, housesitting in Napier and unfortunately we had to seek medical attention for a whitetail spider bite round the eye.
We were very impressed by the service we got, a great set up as a medical centre, the staff were just great and Dr. White was excellent and with the right treatment my eye was back to normal within the week like he said so....we know you get heaps of negative feedback, but we want to make sure you get our positive feedback, it was just great, would certainly recommend anyone needing medical care to visit you. A very big THANK YOU to you all there.
B.My wife burnt her fingers and received excellent care from both the Nurse and the Doctor. They were lovely, friendly and professional. Highly recommend
O.24/7 medical centre. Staff is really good and they do their best to help. Sometimes a bit longer waiting time but I understand that they can be really busy so bring some book to have something to spent your time. Otherwise great service.
M.They wanted to get rid of this medical centre but I am glad they didnt. Ive been there multiple times for emergencies. They have a great free health service, staff are really friendly and its in a big modern building.
