S.Wow, have to compliment the reception staff here. Extremely professional and friendly. Very refreshing. 5 stars!
N.Excellent, Efficient Medical Practise. It's Me that's a bother to them. Lol!! Sometimes I put them in a difficult position, when I'm late, & especially when it's the bill, did I say patient too. It is pleasant spacious area they have for the Practise, which is great for access for folk with disabilities too. Staff in general are helpful, though room may not allow, they could possibly have a third receptionist, which could take the pressure off. But then again that's the Medical Game, it's not really that predictable when patients are going to need the Doctors, & a rush happens.
I don't have problems with most of the nurses, the ones that know me, go a hundred miles for me. And I want too sing praises for my own Doctor, I followed her via Tahuna from Nelson central. Unfortunately my Doctor landed a good one, lots of Medical diagnosis &I needs.
K.At all times I have felt listened to and the General Practitioners I have dealt with have been proactive and have followed through with contacting me back re results and recommendations. As a patient I have always felt valued and respected. I am appreciative of the quality of care I have always received.
C.The Doctors there are really good! Unfortunately I get a bit of judgement from a couple of nurses, but other than my personal experience, they are great! It has a really nice, spacious waiting area with a good little play area for the children. Would certainly recommend!
