M.Gareth was exceptional at treating my insertional Achilles tendinopathy. He gave me new insoles, strengthening exercises, and we did shockwave therapy until I was able to play relatively pain free. He has a wealth of knowledge and is well versed on the latest research. It was so nice to meet a practitioner willing to go the extra mile. Incredible customer service! Couldn’t recommend him more!

I phoned up to try to arrange an appointment and even though they were fully booked for the week i was offered an after hours slot on the same day at no extra cost :) Amazing service!
I have seen many podiatrists over the years and my appointment with Gareth was easily the best. 1st class treatment for my toe injury and then Gareth went above and beyond to give me advice on how to prevent any further injuries etc
I couldn't recommend this place enough, worked wonders for me. Money well spent :)

S.Gareth helped identify the cause of my foot pain as well as getting me proper insoles and advice on new running shoes. He has a lot of knowledge and goes out of his way to help. I would recommend him!
E.Gareth was fantastic at fitting footbeds for my ski boots. As a ski instructor it is so important to have comfortable feet since you are standing and skiing on them all day long. Gareth made my feet fit comfortably inside my ski boots and left me with a stable and solid platform so I could ski all day with no pain. Would highly recommend if you are looking to have foot beds fitted in your ski boots, to make your day on the slopes all that more enjoyable.
M.Gareth helped me a lot with getting rid of some foot pain and getting me up and running with new insoles. He also helped me buying the right running shoe. He went over and beyond to make sure I find the right shoe and being comfortable in them. Would highly recommend!

S.Both Gareth and Gemma have looked after me and my very persistent ingrown toenail. They both go above and beyond to make sure they get results, but also that I am satisfied with the treatment. They stay in touch to follow through after procedures to make sure everything is ok. A service you don’t often get these days. Highly recommend.

m.I have found Southern Sports Podiatry really effective. Gareth quickly understood my foot issues and worked out a solid plan for reducing pain in my foot and enabling me to run more. I'd definitely recommend them.
J.I would definitely go back although I hope I don't have to 😉 I was only for one night in Queenstown but had an issue that needed treatment before going on a 2 week tour around NZ. The issue wasn't well treated before in Melbourne. The place was actually closed over Christmas break but I was lucky enough to get an appointment. Gareth is a very nice person and took the time to understand the problem and solved it eventually. Thank you again. I could fully enjoy NZ
