Great experience. Despite being late in the day, the appointment started on time. Elliot was informed about my condition having read my online form and gave me a thorough assessment and treatment. He was also personable and professional. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family :)

Very professional staff and a pleasant experience. Dr Rollo was a very good educator and assisted me in making informed decisions. It is obvious that he knows what he is talking about, cares about his clients and what is best for them

I came in because if thickened toenails. My nails were trimmed and then the thickened ones (3 in total) were filed. They are no longer sore, and I’m pleased with that. My only complaints are that for whatever reason all nails were trimmed except both big toes. The trimming was not the tidiest job, and in fact I had to re-file most to removed sharp edges or uneven areas. At $79 I’d hope for more a tidy presentation. I’m aware it’s not a pedicure service (like one might get at say a beautician), I’d at least hope that they’d look nicely done afterwards. I should mention that it’s not a fungal issue, but related to nail trauma. He was very friendly and helpful, the Scottish accent a little hard to understand at times.

This was probably one of the most pleasant medical consultations I've had. Keegan communicates so well; he doesn't pummel you with medical jargon, but he doesn't talk down to you either, just explains things clearly. And he really listens and focuses on understanding your situation before he does the physical examination, so he gets a very clear and holistic picture of what the issues may be. The whole environment was caring, competent, professional and friendly. Like chatting to an expert friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the clinic to others (actually, I already have!).

Having previously used the Mt Maunganui clinic until Covid-19 Lockdown commencement, I was rather put out by having to travel to the CBD to attend Hamilton Street Clinic - especially when the service I had received previously from Foot Mechanics was in decline to the point today I was prepared to stop going to your clinics. However I have to say that I was turned around with Iris & her service today - she was most professional, highly attentive to my situation & concerns - she explained her% treatment of my issues very well and was most informative throughout the consultation - she was most thorough - overall a credit to your clinic. I intend to continue with attending your clinic if this standard of service is to be expected. I have only dealt with Keegan and your facilities Manager. Both have demonstrated in differing ways how top class service can be delivered. Keegan fills a person with confidence that the treatment will achieve his goals and time will decide that ,so I will comment again another day. My appointments are followed up to ensure I haven't messed up and I guess to check that the business hasn't either. Emails and txt communications are effective. Today I was most impressed. As was approaching the business, rubbish which the public and the wind had left outside the premises was being picked up and removed by the Administrator person, combining that task with no doubt many others.

Keegan was extremely professional and accommodating. Especially to my two troublesome children who were not on their best behavior during the appointment. He was great at explaining what needed to happen with regard to getting new orthotics and didn't make me feel like my feet were too much of a hassle considering all the dramas my feet have going on!

The booking process was simple and fast, all through email so I could keep track of it. The reminder text was also appreciated (made it my lock screen so that every time I looked at my phone I saw it there). The appointments were bang on time, and Kimberley was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highlight was water being provided when I was faint during the surgery. Thanks for that! Also appreciated all my questions being answered both pre-booking and during appointments. The after care sheet for the healing process is also a great tool I will be using. Prices were very reasonable, pain was minimal and overall the experience was everything I could have asked for. Fingers crossed my nine year off/on ingrown toenail is an issue I will never have to deal with again. Thanks, team!

The friendly team at Foot Mechanics on Hamilton St have been great to deal with. After a thorough assessment of my painful toe joint, Keegan has given my feet a new lease of life with some fancy orthotics. I’ve even been able to get back out onto NZ’s Great Walks, something I didn’t think I’d be able to do again as I could barely make it 500 metres down the street. Excellent service, I can’t recommend him enough!
