J.I am confused to why I was stuck waiting, there was literally no one else is in the cue and it’s just me yet I’m still having wait times
The people are usually quite nice though, and you do tend to get seen to after a few hours
R.Nice staff, but disappointing that a simple diagnosis of a sprained left ankle cost me $165 and that was with the treatment being covered by ACC!
I was sent for X-rays twice with two lots of cost attached, first by the nurse and then by the treating doctor. - not really good enough when you could have got all x-rays at once with only one cost attached.
Also, why no discount for over 65 year olds? Most organisations do this now.
Competent treatment, but I shudder to think what the cost would've been if there was no ACC cover. Way too expensive to simply have confirmed what I already knew.
J.It takes a long time (3 hours during the day last time I went). Still better than trying to get same day appointment especially if you’re not enrolled at a practice.
A.I tripped while out walking and came in at 1705 and left at 1855 with a cast on my fractured wrist. I can’t fault this service.From the informed receptionist,to the competent nurse Jude ,friendly X-ray radiologist , efficient Doctor Will. Nurse Jude completed with a plaster cast. Congratulations ,on a smooth running , professional team for their fantastic service.
P.Just want to thank the receptionist, Nurse and the doctor who helped my cousin to obtain his covid free cert for travelling.
His Father passed away and he had to travel to India to attend his final rights, without the cert he was not allowed to board the flight.
They helped us to get our test done in 10 min after explaining our situation. Sorry i cant remember the names with the emotions going around but cant say how grateful we are.

A.I'm not going say anything about doctor. I'm going to say "fine". But I've seen nice staff who works as reception and nurse who's sweetest person I've ever seen in Wellington. I cut my finger deeply at work. I was in a lot of pain and scared. But nurse who works there was incredibly nice person. She works well and sweet even though I'm not fluent in English. Also I went there before closing. They must be tired but their attitude was great. I don't remember her name exactly..Maybe Angela? I really appreciate her. Highly recommend cause of her work and great personality!!! :)
J.Had been feeling absolutely awful with aches and chills, fever, splitting headache, loss of appetite and an overall sense of restlessness for the past three days and so decided to go see a doctor. Nurse Carmen and Doctor Sasha were absolutely lovely, caring and attentive and made me feel so much better. Instead of waiting outside, Nurse Carmen asked if I wanted to lie down on and so I waited there and the doctor came to see me there. When the doctor came, he was friendly and incredibly gentle, and carried out a series of checks to make sure that I was ok. Another senior doctor even came to make sure everything was fine. It was a very comprehensive check up and it was quite possibly the best doctor experience I’ve ever had. Thank you again for your care today. It was very much appreciated :)
B.I was so fortunate to be treated at this marvelous clinic when I fell ill during a recent visit to NZ. I had to visit twice. The staff is welcoming, the nurses gentle and thorough, the wait times minimal, the doctors rigourous but compassionate and the pricing for non-NZ citizens more than fair. I cannot praise them highly enough because there are no words.
N.Doctor and Nurse were helpful, very nice and gave good advice. Fees were ok as I couldn't get in to my GP and needed to be seen immediately and they were available. Front desk staff could do with a smile every now and then. Overall the clinic was good.
T.Took my mum to the medical centre after a nasty skin laceration as thought it would need stitching. We were in a rush to get to the airport and it was already quite busy at 9am. They got seen promptly, politely and stitched up with clear instructions for wound care. My mum felt the nurse was efficient and professional. A good service to have available to take the pressure off the main hospital down the road.
L.Attended fracture clinic , excellent service, the specialist explained everything and so felt very confident about the treatment. The appointment was on schedule and nurses knowledgeable and friendly.
L.Huge thanks to the doctor, nurse and reception staff who helped my elderly mother tonight. We felt very supported and cared for, thank you.
Z.I had such a pleasant consultation with Dr. Will. It wasn’t only him who was lovely but the receptionists and nurses too. Would absolutely recommend!
M.Nice hours and always get a professional service. Often don't have to wait too long but at the entrance they will usually have a sign indicating expected waiting times. Triage system like at hospital and even have a chart on the wall on triage. And a fish tank!
C.I when a few years ago, I saw the doctor said that I need a day or two in bed, I went my gp doctor the next day & said I had Pneumonia. So she was far out from getting it right.
B.Fantastic staff cared for our little daughter when she was very sick.
K.Best place to go in case of emergency - I've never been referred to the actual hospital. Waiting times a lot less longer.
