R.Having endured a traumatic mouth injury, through a major accident. I put off seeing a dentist for quite a while. I knew I had to see a specialist, so with trepidation, I booked in. I was very nervous and anxious. The staff were so friendly, inviting and professional. The dental surgeon, in one day, has already done all the paper work in regards to ACC. So efficient, professional and caring. I’ve never had this approach before, when it comes to medical treatment. Highly recommended. Awesome staff and service. AAA+++

M.I was recommended this dental clinic in particular Josephine whom had been recommended to a friend by a friend. I was told she was very gentle. I had anxiety about visiting the dentist after some health issues but Josephine was as promised and more. The reception were very helpful. My visit was thorough, gentle and any anxiety were diminished with her very personable approach. When I left there was a gentlemen with special needs and his carer there. The gentleman who had received treatment gestured to his mouth and the dentist explained it would feel a little numb but then he'd be able to eat without discomfort. The gentleman hugged the dentist and it was reciprocated with a well done. My experience was completed with this beautiful act of kindness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
P.Before I became a patient of Francis I had a fear for dentists. After a few visits to East Bay Dental I was completely relaxed about my 6 months check ups.
M.I had a really bad tooth ache and couldn't get into see my usual dentist for a couple weeks so I rang these guys and they slotted me in at a moment's notice gosh I felt so much better after seeing Stephen and his assistant I could of hug them, I should of hug them, I stopped going to my old dentist and stayed with East Bay Dental, beautiful dental rooms nice & warm, there waiting room is spacious & heaps of sunrays awesome receptionists and wonderful Dentists who care 😁
