We are very happy leaving our beagle Milo with this great team. Milo has stayed with them on numerous occasions and we feel he is well taken care of and I love that they have the freedom to go outside. Thanks for offering such a great service!!!

Petparks looked after my dog, who passed away earlier this year, on numerous occasions. Although he could be quite challenging behaviorally, Petparks understood him and managed him really well and he was always happy and relaxed about going there. Jennifer and Louise were always accommodating and gracious about booking changes, and drop off and pick up times. I never felt hurried when updating them about anything new each time I checked him in for a stay - I felt that they were genuinely interested in his welfare, and fond of him. I was able to enjoy complete peace of mind about him whenever I was away, and I recommend this place unreservedly. Plus Jennifer does the most fabulous grooming!

Our puppy Charlie has stayed at Pet Parks twice. They looked after him really well. We supplied our own food and they had no problem with this. It’s a social kennel - so may not suit all dogs. Charlie came home happy and healthy. I have no hesitation in taking him there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a boarding kennel.

Pet Parks kennel is the only place we will ever take our puppy. Jennifer, Louise and Richard are amazing and our dog Otis loves them to pieces. He gets so excited whenever we turn up and it's a struggle to get him home sometimes at the end of the stay. I reccomnd Pet Parks to anyone who wants an amazing place for their pups to stay short or long term!

Got given a price of $29 per night by Jennifer when i dropped my dog off. We went away for 29 nights and on return was charged "according to Louise" $29 × 40 nights. I wasn't sure on how many nights we were away, so left it to go home and work it out. Worked it out to be 29 nights, so raised the question with Louise, who then told me our Staffy/lab is a large dog, so was charged $40 a night times 29 nights. I said but i was quoted $29 a night, by Jennifer and by Louise herself when she worked out the price on pickup. Pet parks refused to adhere to the quoted price and insisted that the price is 29 x $40. Very disappointing and as such can only give a 3 star rating as our dog came home with a cut on her chest, dry skin which was flaking, un washed and somewhat sombre. Very sad considering our multiple past patronage of Pet Parks. ***************** I am not looking for a discount, i am looking for the price i was told when i brought my dog in to your establishment. $29 per night with a 10% discount after 21 days. I guess you don't value your customers if you readily change the price on them. We have paid you, i guess that's that. On principle you wont be seeing MisC again.
