Ben is very responsive with messages. Even before his first visit he emailed through some helpful resources. When he came to visit to meet our puppies he offered suggestions in light of our context. He is reassuring and knowledgeable, and followed up with further email resources.

Ben very clearly explains the training process whoch was tailored to my dogs needs and made me feel a lot more at ease about improving her behavior. It's really great that he checks in to see how my dog is progressing with the training exercises.

Very informative. If you are struggling with training your new puppy or dog, I highly recommend the auckland dog coach! Ben helped understand and communicate to my puppy better which made training so much easier and fun!
