C.I have been working with Phyll for about a year, both remotely via Zoom and occasionally in person. She has helped me with a lot of co-operative care for my frightened dog. I highly recommend Phyll's training, she's clear, takes everything at the rate the dog is comfortable with, and her explanations of the "hows and whys" of what we are doing are always spot on. She's very responsive to questions, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I learn a lot from watching her working with her own dogs as well.
