A.My partner and I took our dog Boss here for 10 nights while we had our holiday in the Bay of Islands. From the start the owners and staff were so accommodating, communicative and helpful during the process as we needed to drop off/pick up outside typical hours due to our flights. They were warm, clear animal lovers and took care of our boy so well. When we picked him up he looked so happy, like he had a wee holiday of himself, and even wanted to give everyone his last goodbye cuddles and licks.
We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for long or short term doggy/animal daycare as needed. Thank you everyone!!

M.We have trusted Allandale with our dogs and cats for many years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are caring and listen to any special requirements. Pets always come home looking well cared for and it’s just great going away knowing they’re safe and well looked after.

It would've been best if you had contacted us in person with your concerns so we could address them at the time as I was in the office. As our families have had a long-standing relationship I am disappointed in the outcome. I hope Rook has returned to his normal self.
