F.Awesome team, I think Sookie is more excited to see the Penzance staff when we drop her off than she is when we come to pick her up! They are happy to give you updates if you have owner separation anxiety and are really accommodating.
D.100% reccomend. The workers really love the animals that stay here. They get to know the animals and our dogs and cat are always happy to go there.
R.First time taking out dog here and I wasn’t concerned at all. They said if there was any problems they would txt or call. When we went to pick our dog up the woman was very friendly and told us they gave our dog a good brush that morning.
I will be more than happy to bring our dog back here in the future.
