Ollie and I had a great time in our four sessions, learning heaps to work on to create the 'perfect' dog. Ollie responded really well to Natalie's approach and I learnt heaps about how to go about his training. Highly recommended!!

Cannot recommend enough! Natalie has helped us work with not one, but 2 family dogs. Our first was a rescue with sever behavioral problems and now we are currently working on our very big and cheeky deerhound puppy. Her expertise in all areas of dog behavior is amazing and her techniques are positive, make sense and she always takes the time to explain why and how a particular technique will help. We are so happy to have Natalie teaching us what a true dog/human partnership is.

We were close to the end of our tether when we contacted Natalie to see if she could assist with our young, antisocial JR terrier. Natalie has helped us to better understand the behaviours and motivations of our pups, and how to navigate and manage situations that cause angst for both pups and humans alike. Natalie has worked with us on manageable training tasks to improve behaviours in a range of real-life situations. Our relationships with our pups, and quality of life for all of us, are now much improved. I highly recommend Natalie's approach and philosophy - it's made a positive difference for us.

Gosh I wish I had found Natalie 2 years ago when my little Cavoodle Princess started her problems with barking and anxiety (We had attended puppy school and dog obedience, but no luck in helping these behaviours). Natalie is amazing and I already have a much calmer, happier little fur baby. Not only have our 2 sessions with Natalie been so helpful, but also Natalie sends out written info and videos.

We have been using Crazy Kind Calm training for just under two months now and the difference in our 6yo Airedale Teddy has been absolutely amazing. We were having all sorts of problems with Teddy being overly excitable with people and aggressive towards other dogs when out for a walk. Natalie has taught us a whole range of techniques to help manage Teddy's behaviours and reduce her stress levels. Teddy is so much calmer and happier these days and we are continuing to work on her excitement levels. We highly recommend Crazy Kind Calm!

This is the second dog we have trained through Nat. Her calmness and her attention to detail is what we love. She is extremely patient with us which can be a huge help when we feel like we are failing. Our dogs are happier and there was no punishing or upsetting with any of our dogs so they still love us and there is no fear just respect and love.
