I was very impressed with the place, went to view before leaving our animals labour weekend. Katie and Dean are very friendly informative and passionate caring people. I'm really happy to be leaving my pets in their care. Ruby our boarder collie, settled in while they showed me around.

Fantastic place the dogs look so happy and busy playing, I had to go to the hospital so asked if they could look after my pup of 8 weeks, this was no problem and he got his own kennel and private garden and was happy to be left the owners are such lovely people and your pets will be safe as houses here

Due to covid my cats had to stay long term in a cattery. And omg I couldn't have wished for a better place for them to stay. Katie and Dean are just so caring. They devote their time to all their animals and really spoiled our cats. They love Katie and know there is always a cuddle, a play and food when she is there. Katie really goes above and beyond to make sure the animals are comfortable. If you are in doubt, don't be, this pet hotel is the best in nz!

Excellent Place. Owners are totally committed to the well- being of your pet(s). Very clean everywhere. Dogs get plenty of supervised playing time with other dogs. Very lovely owners.

Two brown dogs now take cats! They have extra large cages( two in a single room sized building). There is limited availability because they only have cats from the same family sharing a cage. $15 per day, bring your own food. Two cats from the same family share a cage for $20 per day. Book well in advance. Or go and check it out.

Wonderful place & people, so much we were worried our cat wouldn't want to leave, he was so chilled out and happy! They also take little videos of the dogs and cats for facebook. Really simple to book and they have eftpos!
