Kelly has been excellent to work with - highly recommended. Her small group training classes give you a lot more 1:1 support. She has such a positive approach and has helped us understand our dog's behaviour and adapt our own training and behaviour to give him what he needs. I'll be continuing to make the most of Kelly's expertise!

If you want to be supported and informed by a brilliant Dog Trainer as a new Puppy Parent .... Look no further! Kelly Brown is a natural teacher , passionate about you succeeding as a pet owner and extremely supportive and encouraging... the best thing is.... her training and advice when put into practice consistently WORKS... I cannot recommend her and this program more highly! We have a gorgeous border collie and have not had a puppy for 20 years... it has been such a rewarding experience , hard work but the support and training Kelly gives makes you feel " You got this" and we are enjoying the journey 😁

We tried a traditional puppy socialisation class at first but was disappointed with the lack of socialisation. There was little benefit to justify the risk of taking my pre-vaccinated puppy out. We switched to Waggle Tails and the difference was COLOSSAL. My puppy experienced quality puppy plays in a safe environment, and together with Kelly’s online training modules for the hoomans, has moulded her into a confident and happy puppy who is now smashing it at our local dog park. We travelled from Safety Bay to Osborne Park (55km) to attend these classes because the benefits of investing in the right training is everything, and Kelly’s model was the best I could find. I have now enrolled in the Ultimate Dog Program for further training. Honestly people, Kelly’s amazing! Her doggo knowledge is next level.

Waggle tails puppy preschool programme is amazing. I really loved being able to learn at home by doing the online modules, so I could go back over the things I wanted to & practice at home with Alaska. The in person socialisation puppy sessions were awesome, Alaska & I both enjoyed meeting lots of other puppies & learning new skills every week. I highly recommend Kelly’s programmes, & I’m looking forward to continuing on & learning more skills.

I highly recommend taking your puppy to the socialisation classes run by Kelly at Waggle Tails. I have been taking my Border Collie female, Hope there once a week from 9 weeks old. To start Hope was noticeably anxious about all the other puppies. With Kelly's guidance on how to help her feel safe Hope has become more confident every week. The sessions involve 10 puppies and one handler each, we spend time on understanding puppy body language so you know when your puppy needs you, we do some exploring of new situations on the lead with commands like sit and look. Then the class moves to play time with Kelly matching like for like puppy temperament's so your puppy can have some early positive play experiences with other dogs. Thank you Kelly.

Kelly has been an absolute lifesaver! We have a 20 week old golden retriever, and after about 1 week with him we were desperate for guidance! With Kelly’s training both us and our puppy are much happier! We did the puppy pre-school online program and are now doing the silver level one program. We have learnt so much and Kelly has known exactly how to help us with so many issues we’ve needed help with-demand barking, fearfulness of other dogs, not sleeping through the night, settling at home and the list goes on! I feel confident going through this journey of puppy parenthood knowing that we have Kelly there to guide us through with her incredible knowledge and training! Thanks so much Kelly!

Kelly is absolutely amazing! After our first session we have already started to see huge improvements with our girl. Kelly teaches you to reward with positive reinforcement and be kind and caring at all times when training your dog and proves there is no need to be dominate or forceful towards your dog. She also provides a heap of resources that are super useful, plus her sessions are a great place to meet other dogs/dog owners. Thank you so much Kelly!

Great puppy training experience! Our pup has learnt so much and we have gained a lot of tools to help him grow into a well trained doggy! Kelly is very kind with her time and supportive through puppy school and beyond!

Kelly is so awesome and knows her stuff when it comes to training a puppy. She listens to your needs and works her magic with your puppy. Kelly is very adaptable with her training style which is great when it comes to working around ones disability and powerchair. I recommend Kelly to help you with getting your dog trained, you won't regret it at all.
