What an amazing place to take your beloved pet. The owners were incredibly courteous and helped us out with our needs. Our dog 🐕 had an amazing time there and on our return she looked very happy. I would very highly recommend this place to anyone

Richard and Bonnie are wonderful, they really love dogs and Monet, our briard, loves going to stay with them. In fact he can't wait to say goodbye to us as he rushes into the kennel. In summer he loves playing in the water pools in the yard and comes home smelling sweet after his bath. It was our first time ever using a kennel service for our puppy. Richard phoned me and went over all of my concerns patiently and reassuringly. Our puppy (reluctantly) came home tired. If he could have stayed longer, he would have. He really enjoyed his weekend away!

An amazing place to leave our dog while we went away. Richard genuinely loves the dogs and Kiba was well looked after. Even had a bath the morning we were due to pick her up. A clean and high standard facility, would totally recommend.

Really nice accommodation, clean, helpful friendly staff. Will be booking our furry babies in again! When our dear old cat was on his last legs we knew we could trust them when we had to go away. Would recommend to anyone who cares that their pets are happy, come home healthy and are looked after really well.

Needed a place near Taupo to care for our puppy for a few days while we attended a wedding. The owner was very professional. Ensured our dog was fully vaccinated before letting him out of the car. This gave me comfort that if he did it for us, they do it for all the dogs. My puppy really enjoyed his time there, and we got to see daily photos posted to the kennels facebook page which was great. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is to let people know about the photos. I only found out by chance when I was telling someone where my puppy was staying and looked them up on facebook.

Amazing amazing amazing!! Best kennels I've taken my dog to so far! They are a family run pet lodge and they're all very friendly and welcoming. My Bluey came home tuckered out and relaxed! He was even given a bath before I picked him up. Such lovely service and you know they care for your fur baby like their own! Will definitely be using these guys again! Thankyou so much!

Richard and Bonnie are fantastic with our border collie Mac, he LOVES going there, has an amazing time with all the toys and socialisation with other dogs in a safe environment and we know he is well cared for.....a very big thank you!
