Arrived to this AA at 5.03pm (they close at 5pm), after wasting my time at VTNZ who advertise that they are open until 5pm (when in reality 50% of their business which is licensing closes at 4.30pm). These lovely ladies heard me out, showed me some compassion (I wad driving 6 hours to a wedding the next day), and re-opened the centre just so I could renew my drivers license in time for my trip! FANTASTIC SERVICE WITH A SMILE! Will never visit a VTNZ again, AA FOR LIFE!!!

I went in to the Centre today to get my driver license renewed. Although it was a long line i persisted. A lovely lady called Leeanne gave me the appropriate form and after about 45 minutes of queuing she then was the lady who served me at the counter. Overall a great experience and Leeanne should be given a pay rise for her service. I am in customer services and wanted to feed back my great experience. Well done Leeanne. Thank you.

**Update I went back! Wendy was super nice, so I'll give them another star.. Waited in line for 25 minutes to be told I need to fill a form out and return to the back of the line. If I did that multiply 25 minutes by the amount of customers in the line at that moment - I would have been there for over an hour and a half. Not poor customer service, just cold customer service. I understand there may have been a sign instructing customers to fill out forms prior to lining up. Maybe consider an alternative system, your sign is to small.

After reading the reviews, I had low expectations. But credit where credit is due. Turned up at 830a, no-one in the queue, technically had the wrong paperwork, but they accepted it. Deb was friendly, made good conversation, asked about my trip, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. EFT-POS not working, but overall, couldn't fault Deb. Great service.

Licence renewal at Sydenham was a breeze. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes including filling out paperwork. No queue at 10:15am. Fabulous friendly and chatty staff at the counter. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you :-)

Received excellent service converting my overseas license to an NZ license. Friendly lady at the counter ran through an efficient process, I was in & out in 20 minutes.

Dame it was full ! To my surprise A lady from the AA CENTRE said you here just to pay this , so she took me to desk where I was served quickly in and out thank heavens. Thanks To your staff at the AA Centre .

Got amazing service from Sue (licensing) & Ed in inspections changing over a personalised plate & helping me with my vehicle. They both went above & beyond. Always find Buchan St the best centre to go to.
