B.Good pleasant helpful staff. Be prepared for long wait times as queues can be large. More counter staff could relieve congested periods. Parking can also be tight.

The other times I have been here I have been been impressed with how patient the staff are, ( with the elderly customers who struggle with paperwork, ect)
I turned up completely unprepared, guessing what I needed to get my vehicle road legal for the long weekend.
