Extremely friendly and patient staff under very trying circumstances. Only one counter attendant, a symptom of Covid presumably, she couldn’t have been more helpful even though she had a queue of people waiting. The friendly manageress ensured each person waiting was informed of wait times and checked paperwork. Congratulations to them both for keeping a relaxed atmosphere, especially important for people taking their learners tests.

I sent my sons up to the Orewa branch of the AA to sit their driver’s license, they were very friendly and interacted well with my boys. They were very clear at the end about everything they had done well and where improvements were needed, which was great for me as their mum to hear. Highly recommend, we are from the North Shore

The centre was very busy with several staff away. The wait time was one hour.

I was apprehensive that I would have to wait in a long queue, but the turnover was quick and my wait was only 4 min. The representative was friendly and efficient so that my licence renewal was completed in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Visited AA Orewa today to renew my drivers license.Can only describe my customer experience as nothing short of excellent. They were busy and there was a line but they dealt with everyone in a very orderly and professional manner and even had an employee roaming to check with customers in line as to their needs including those filling out forms away from the line. The person who attended to my needs was very friendly , engaging and helpful.What a refreshing change to experience in todays environment > Well Done AA Orewa I take my hat off to you.

Good service staff very good but due to covid very long queues

Lost my drivers licence, just walked into this office about 20 minutes ago, the manager (Pauline) came up right away to ask if I needed any help. When I got to the counter a woman with the nametag Charlene processed my paperwork nicely and professionally. Because I came in with all the right documents (International passport, Student ID) everything ran smoothly and quickly!

The people at AA really care, and do their best to help you quickly. I Had restricted test booked here. Nice feel in waiting room, driving tester was very friendly and gave great directions. TIP: Park in VideoEzy behind AA, since parking in Hilary Square gets very busy during the day!!

Absolutely happy with service and attention of staff, especially Gemma, who shown her great knowledge of service and most pleasant, polite help. I and my husband came with few inquiries and were unsure what to do. Gemma quickly understood our situation and organised everything for us. We still will need to come back for more services and hope to see Gemma again so we will be treated and services as 1st class. Thank you Gemma!
