E.The bed was comfortable. The shower was awesome. I was very happy that the owners make an effort to be green. There were separate bins for recycling, compost and general rubbish. Well done. The unit was very clean . It was quiet in the evenings. We were given an upgrade and the rate was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.
L.A great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and helpful ( helped us carry our luggage upstairs ). Along with a fair room rate it made our stay a very pleasant one. Definitely recommend as a great comfort stop. We'll be back.

M.We stayed here for a night after a long day of driving and it was perfect! We've paid much more for far worse accommodation in the past. The room was super clean, had a nice quiet aircon unit, and the staff are very accommodating and helpful.
We made a mistake when booking through tripadvisor and contacted the motel directly. they were really kind to us and helped sort out our issue with no stress - definitely will be contacting them directly for a booking next time instead of using a third party!
Highly recommend for people looking for a stress-free, quiet place to stay.
P.Awesome location and very clean, modern room and facilities. Jason kindly accommodated our need to charge up our e bikes. This is our second stay, and we will come again. Recommend booking direct for no hassle booking and being able to discuss your individual needs.
A.It was a great experience staying here! Rooms were well appointed, very clean, and very quiet. The contactless check-in was quick and easy and Jason was helpful throughout. Really, can't fault anything and you can't beat it for the price. I'll be sure to stay here next time I'm through Taupo.

The only things I’d say need improving is the showerhead sprays everywhere but down, meaning the bathroom floor was flooded during use.
Also, please please please actually have a queen bed when you advertise that the room has a queen bed because a double is a double. If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck and walks like a duck, it’s a duck.
Otherwise, you all good.
We liked the fact we were off from the main lakefront and it was very quiet.

V.I am blown away by the friendliness of the staff going over and above to make sure our stay was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for our family, with a short walking distance to main street and Lake, I couldn't recommend enough!

S.We chose Bella Vista motel for our family vacation to Taupo this winter. So glad we did! Our whanau were warmly welcomed by Jason and his family. We were well taken care of through our stay and even when we moved rooms Jason and his team made the transition smooth while we were at the snow. Even setting up the little one's teddy bears up on his bed for him. Rooms were warm and comfortable with amenities like hairdryers, heated blankets and even a little kitchenette so we could cook our dinner after a long day of exploring. Very clean and well maintained facilities with spa bath in the bigger rooms. Will definitely be coming back to Bella Vista in the future and would reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Taupo. Great value for money too - terrific for the price! 11/10

Y.I stayed 3 nights at Bella Vista Motel during my stay at Taupo. I reached to the hotel very late and the front desk was already closed. However, I was pretty happy with how they leave the note for me. The put the note at front desk door with my name and studio unit number. They even remembered to leave the wifi password.The unit is pretty spacious, lovely and cozy. The hotel room has a nice little kitchenette and microwave.The bed was very comfortable. We had a very good rest after long day of a bus ride from Auckland. The unit is pretty clean and thanks to the housekeeping team. The hotel has few parking spaces. The hotel is located at very convenient area which is pretty close to the shops and restaurants. Most of them are within walking distance. I had very pleasant stay at Bella Vista and I would stay again at Bella if I have a chance to visit Taupo. I would definitely recommend this motel to everyone.

Z.Amazing experience at the Bella vista motel. A couple of friends and I were staying over for a night and we found that it had more than we needed when we stayed. It was the little things that mattered, like the portable space heaters, the tea and coffee and the heated towel rack.
Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

a.Good location, its next a 2 min walk down the road to the bars. and its extremely close to the lake without paying extra for being next to the lake. guy at the reception was extremely friendly and had a talk about motorcycles for a bit. My room was extremely clean and carpets looked like they were either pretty new or kept in very good condition. Bathroom was spotless and the shower has a built in soup dispenser on the wall which was very handy. If i ever come back upto taupo I will stay there again.

S.GREAT EXPERIENCE! At Bella vista Taupo, I was a bit silly and tried to book a motel room in Taupo at 5pm. I booked using an online website but found there was a double booking of the last room because of the delay between the website and the motel, no fault of the motel. When I arrived though they were nothing but completely helpful and even went as far as to book me a room at another motel and didn't charge me anything. Great people doing the best they could, thanks guys!
