Rody and Alex were amazing! Great communication - they rang before they turned up, and arrived quickly. Kept me informed as the job progressed. Excellent service -- they did a great job, and kept their sense of humor throughout (it wasn't a very pleasant job for them, so this was appreciated). They went above and beyond. I highly recommend the French Electrical team -- they have always done an excellent job for me on a variety of jobs, from installing pet-sensitive alarms, TV aerial, and power point in kitchen island, to the latest yucky job, which was clearing a bird nest from the kitchen range hood vent and ducting. 10/10

Having made the decision to install solar power, but not all that knowledgeable about it, I set about searching for a company who could do the installation. I contacted six companies for a quote. French Electrical stood out from the others – they were onsite promptly to meet with me and with excellent communication about both their product & the installation process, as well as taking the time to listen to my requirements followed by a prompt quote, it all added up to a super easy decision who to choose. The installation went very smoothly with all aspects handled by the French Electrical team. The property was left looking immaculate. The benefits of solar power are significant. I am absolutely delighted how well & easily the project was completed at every stage. Thank you, Nick, Alex, & Andrew, & all the very professional team at French Electrical. They made it look easy!

We've used French Electrical for about 10 projects in the past three years on two large church buildings. They are on-time, innovative in identifying the solution to the problem, very knowledgeable, have great customer service from Chris and all the electricians we've had on-site. They are a big enough company to have a range of skills among the staff and not so big that the 'personal' touch gets lost. Put simply - I can completely trust them.

We have been using French Electrical as our trusted electrician for our commercial and residential property management company for a couple of years now. The team are incredibly responsive to our requests, and easy to deal with, working with us to get the best solution for our tenants & owner's needs. We regularly get positive feedback from tenants and site contacts on how quickly they make contact and how quickly the task is completed. We have had no call backs on any work they have completed for us, which is important to our business. French Electrical’s activities for us have been across over 100 properties, from changing light bulbs or tubes, to IQP work for BWOFs, to power articulation to the back portion of a large factory. We have confidence in their work and happily recommend French Electrical on any jobs we do, and will continue to do so.

Approached French Electrical Manager Kane Hewett (after being referred by a friend) for a couple of electrical jobs. Ken was approachable and assigned technicians to the job . Technicians Grant and Alex did an outstanding job and fixed the faults effortlessly. Would recommend this company to anybody in need of fixing any electrical jobs. Great professional approach which relieved me of a lot of stress.

Very happy with the service provided. Contacted them on Monday Morning and had the lovely Grant here promptly on the Tuesday morning to install a new outside power switch and replace two faulty ceiling lights. Grant was professional and very helpful, happy to explain my questions I asked of him. Will definitely use French Electrical again!

We had had trouble with our hot water system and had used a different company who tried to charge more than the job was worth. So when the hot water system failed again we decided to use another company. French Electrical turned up when they said they would, diagnosed the fault and fixed it in no time at all and we have had no more problems with the hot water since. I would be happy to recommend French Electrical next time you need a reliable sparkie in a hurry. Ian Baxter.

We had our SmartVent filter replacement and also added a light in our children’s bedroom. The level of calmness and composure displayed by a young apprentice Shaun was amazing. His workmanship and cleanliness was top notch. All in all work well done. Will be contacting and recommending my friends to your service.

Super impressed with French Electrical's processes and communication. Absolutely faultless. They confirmed the job, then I got a notification email 2 days out, then I got another notification email 1 day out, then on the morning I got a call from the electrician saying he'd just finished his last job and was on his way to mine, then I got another call to say he'd arrived and report on what he'd found and what he needed to do, then I got another call after he finished the job updating me on what had been done. Needless to say, the work was faultless too.

As a building company we've been dealing with French Electrical for a few years now and have found them to be fantastic to deal with. With our previous electrician, there were always surprise variations that we'd not find out for weeks later with a surprise bill - so frustrating. French Electrical gives very detailed and accurate quotes and whenever there is even the smallest variation (by our choice) they advise what the cost impact will be. So fantastic to know exactly where we're at. Their team is punctual, friendly, tidy and a pleasure to deal with. You could not find a better electrical company! Highly reccommend (if there was a 6 start option, we'd tick that :>)
