S.I spent today with Matt working on resolving an air con issue which was diagnosed previously by another workshop as being significant. Matt showed me how the diagnosis was incorrect and resolved the problem. I'm back with cool air and a great job done by a really friendly team. Thanks. Initial phone call said couldn't really tell me how long it would take to fix my issue as they would need to investigate what was causing the intermittent issue of being able to wind my windows up and down.
It was a very rainy day and my driver's side window was still down from the day before. I was unable to do anything as I couldn't wind up the window and if I did have to drive i was getting drenched.
So I was prepared to leave my car with them for the day(s) required to fix the problem and walk home with my 1 year old in the pram in the rain.
When I arrived the workshop was full of cars. But Karan saw I had my baby with me and knew that the weather was not good. So got onto the issue asap and within the hour I was able to avoid a grumpy baby tantrum for waiting longer and a walk home in the rain.
Appreciated the efficient and friendly service that was great value for money.

C.I am so so happy with this company - they are honest and trustworthy traders. The fact that they don't charge you overrated costs to come to your property to check your vehicle was the FIRST golden tick, the fact that they are honest with the amount of time spent diagnosing your vehicle SECOND golden tick, and the cost to fix the fault THIRD golden tick. I felt sorry for them too, because I told them that I'd left my keys in the letterbox.... what a big fail for me, because I'd actually still had them on me.... so poor poor guys went all the way to my house only to find no keys there. So they went through the hassle of waiting for me to drop the keys off, and they went back out to my house AGAIN to diagnose and fix my car - WITHOUT CHARGING ME TWICE FOR A CALLOUT. They didn't have to do that, and they didn't have to go back in the short amount of time they had to work on my car but they did - FOUR, FIVE, SIX golden ticks. I want to say a huge thankyou to DAVE the owner and KARAN the man who did the work on my vehicle - I will be using you guys for years to come.
