Recently we had our home rewired. The boys were very respectful to our home and to our understanding of the work they were completing. We were given a quotation and a understanding of the work. Getting 2-3 quotes from other companies gave us certainty of they would look after us and no hidden costs or surprises. Hines has been our electrician for the past 10 years we have used this company for the quality of work and more so the Communication of what the work entails and the cost of quotation for jobs which the team has undertaken in our home. As a homeowner you want the best for the price you pay no matter how big or small the job is, especially when you are in your Senior years you cannot afford a job being given less priority or lack of customer service shown, always communication has been friendly and task of work has been with efficiency. Hines has been reliable, pricing for the job and punctual at the job, more importantly the experienced of trained electricians as well as supervising trainee on board during the job. My husband and I have been always impressed with the small jobs over the years and having a rewiring done was a big expense but months later looking back has been worthwhile to see the boys on the job doing excellent work and keeping us informed of progress. Overall the customer satisfaction has always been with great execution and the home team has been obliging in support and communication. Covid has affected so many companies and business but just know when you know that you can rely on Hines services you want to say thankyou and if you are looking for an electrical company that has over the years tick the boxes why not see if they can do the same for your home. Thankyou for the great service and the staff for looking after us and continuing to bring experience and quality of work within your team to homeowners we appreciate the jobs completed each time we have called your electrical team.

Ultimate Professionals!!! This is my first time using this company, and I couldn’t be happier! Mark was professional and quoted the job after a thorough walkthrough. The quote arrived same day, and was reasonable. Once we accepted the quote, we were offered options for timing and needed them to show up pretty quickly. I didn’t think they’d be there the next morning! Lol! Shayne showed up, and was awesome! He completed the job quickly and carried out exactly what we were looking for, and he actually found a separate issue in the wiring around the house which could have ended up with someone getting zapped!!! Anyhow, Shayne fixed it! Everything was clean when he left, so we were very pleased. So all in all, I HIGHLY recommend! Thanks Team!

The Taylor Property Services team have been loyal clients of Hines Electrical for 22 years, using both their electrical and security services. We have found Hines to be ethical and attentive when responding to our requests. Their employees are professional and well-presented when they call into our office on an almost daily basis. In recent months, Hines have initiated a "Healthy Homes Report" survey, which provides information and costing to ensure our properties are compliant on or before the July 2021 deadline. The report is in depth and the cost of $75 is refundable on work being carried out. Thanks Dominic and your hard working crew... looking forward to the next 20 years.

Our alarm went off during the night and I couldnt turn it off. I rang my regular alarm firm and was told a technician would call me back but after calling three times and not getting my call returned I called Hines. The person I got talked me through how to turn it off. I called Hines next day to thank them and asked if they could check it out for the fault. A young guy came at the time he said and immediately found the fault and fixed it. I was that impressed with the young guy I called Hines and asked them to take over as our alarm company. I would throughly recommend Hines their service was amazing. I will definitely be staying with them. Thank you Hines for the very efficient way you handled the problem for me.

I have been using Hines for many years for work done at our own home and also at our rental properties. The whole company including office manager, office staff and electricians have been conscientious, agreeable, efficient and very helpful. I have been very happy with their ethics and work practice at all times. They have always gone the extra mile when confronted with a problem. I cannot speak highly enough about Hines Electrical.

Great experience, Jamie and Mark were great problem solvers. Our site was miles away from base so not exactly easy to pop to and from. The work (an entire fit out of a new build) was done quickly and all problems overcome with no fuss. Would highly recommend the boys for more work.

Good communication from Helen in the office, also each tradie who came explained clearly what was wrong and what were the options to fix it. They came when they said, did what they promised and cleaned up afterwards. Prices reasonable. Recommended by a neighbour.

Fantastic service! Today I had Heng come around to sort out my lights which were all not working. He sorted that out and also changed out some lightbulbs for me I couldn't reach. He also called when on the way and said how long he would be. Highly recommend this company and Heng who sorted out my lighting.
