S.I have used Phil from Pure Electrical many times over the years, both personally and also for my workplace. Phil is always reliable, turning up promptly and communicating well around appointment times. He provides excellent electrical services, often making useful suggestions on how to fix a problem. He leaves the place tidy and is very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend him and will continue to use him myself when needed.
S.I needed an electrician to sort out a tricky heat pump install, and Phil was highly recommended to me by another sparky I'd used many times (who was nearing retirement and winding down).
I've found Phil great to deal with - friendly, excellent communicator, turns up when he says he will, and does a top job. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling again in future!

I.We have used Phil from Pure Electrical since our major rebuild project in 2014/15.
Since then he has always been available for upgrades, repairs, etc.
We had a good team for our house rebuild, but if we were able to give an award it would be to Phil. He was well organised, punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. He was very detailed and was able to think outside the square to recommend what would or wouldn't work for us.
He also anticipated what we might need for the future and made provision for that with extra wiring, etc.
As well as continuing to use Phil since then, we have recommended & referred him to family, friends and clients of ours. They have all been very impressed with him.
S.Highly recommend Phil for responsive service, he's totally professional, cheery and friendly. He worked around our kitchen install schedule exactly when we needed him. Gave great advice on the (wrong) cooktop we had purchased that enabled me to get a better one. Will definitely call Phil again.

I found his work to be of the highest quality, he responded to queries promptly, and he worked very efficiently. K.During level 4 lockdown Phil came over within the hour to replace our hot water cupboard socket, that had starting smoking. He was easy to deal with, prompt & fixed our issue within 30 minutes. Thanks Phil! Would definitely use again for electrical issues.
