8am Christmas Eve 2020 my tenant sent a text to me to say they had no power. I then checked the switchboard at the house and the electrical supply company. All OK. This then involved Orion and Topa Electrical working together. Fault was discovered at the house connection to the mains cable. All fixed quickly and tenant had power back again in a few hours. My thanks to the team at Topa.
