L.In addition to being a seriously nice guy (with a gorgeous dog) Ian is reliable, cost-effective and provides a "nothing's a problem" approach to customer service. The last sparkie I worked with clearly wasn't bright enough to understand my lighting designer's plan, which was evidenced by the fact that Ian walked in, immediately identified all the issues, and sorted things for me with zero fuss.
