They managed to fix a complicated issue which saved me having to buy an entire new part for my vehicle from overseas - all with a quick turnaround! Friendly faces at the front desk made us feel welcome and at home while I waited with my kids.

A.Bloody good these guys. Jeremy the new owner is a top bloke. Explained all issues with my ute and got it sorted in no time. Have tried a couple different places but will only go to Gisborne Autoelectrics from now on.
M.I don’t usually write reviews but these guys deserve 5 stars. Great service! I turned up without prior notice as my ute had starting problems and I needed it the same day. They booked me in straight away. The technicians knew their stuff, very knowledgeable. I also want to mention the lovely receptionists who were very helpful. Fascinating the big operation they have going on there. They seem to do anything, saw some big trucks and machinery. Thanks Gisborne Autoelectrics. Would recommend to anyone.

T.They helped us get back on the road after we broke down on the hills after Gisborne. We were desperate as we were on our way back to the Wairarapa after camping for a week and just wanted to get home. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
R.Just had the most amazing service from Gisborne Auto Electrics. Stressing about a caravan battery that wouldn’t charge. A solar panel looking dead & summer camping looking like it could be massively affected. Googled & phoned. Told to pop in right now on a Saturday morning someone can check out. Sure enough Dean & his sidekick checked everything out, gave me expert advice about chargers and most importantly solved the problem in about 30 seconds! Turns out it was a fuse. Oops didn’t know my flash new caravan battery had a fuse. Do now thanks to Dean & the team at Gisborne Auto Electrics. And the charge for this good old fashion service... $0.00. Legends! Thanks heaps guys, you saved summer camping!
