B.After having no hot water I contacted AWE and after emailing Maria, Alan was at my home a couple of hours later. He found a faulty RCD which had been incorrectly wired to the HWC by a Beachlands contractor previously. I asked Alan to replace a number of fittings which his apprentice Jarrod completed very competently. Both Alan and Jarrod were most pleasant to deal with. I was dreading a hefty bill however was most pleasantly surprised how reasonable the charges were. Very impressed and AWE have a new loyal client. It's an infrequent experience to be invoiced fairly so well done to AWE.
B.Alan and his team were always professional, cheerful, and pro-active. We did an extensive renovation which involved almost every electrical function being re-done, including 2 heat-pumps which were pretty tricky. There was also unusual outdoor lighting which took plenty of lateral thought too and that was well achieved. Solutions were found for everything. Completely recommended.
