E.Kev saved the day! He put in my new oven a month ago, really fast to respond to make an appointment and sorted quickly. I don't use the oven often, but fancied some roast veges on the weekend. Pumpkin, kumara, all cut up - oven didn't work! Sent a SOS via email Tues am, Kev was a there by the end of the day .....turns out to work the oven first time you had to push some of the timer buttons (yeah, doh!). No charge, sorted quickly, and thanks to Kev, it's roast pumpkin and kumara for dinner!
