R.Needed a heatpump for our heartkid before the warm weather came as he doesn't deal well with being too hot. Spent 3 months trying to get a dedicated heatpump company to come and give us a quote and gave up. Then we found COE.
Chris got back to our enquiry promptly, was easy to communicate with, worked out a quote appointment and gave us the quote all within the same week as when we sent our initial enquiry.
Job was done when he said it would be, to the specs and standards he said it would be. Pre and post job things were explained easily. Quick, hassle free, communication great. I was so impressed by his courtesy, prompt action (he went that very day), sound quoting and the fact that he rang us from the property when he detected a faulty and dangerous power point which he also repaired. L.Chris came on board to help us with the build of a utility/pool room where we needed to connect the power supply back to the main house. Nothing was an issue with Chris, his easy manner and innovative ideas were just what we needed to provide us with the direction and outcomes that we were seeking. Chris was so good we got him to do a few other jobs around the house, changing all the exterior lights and installing a heat pump as well. He also set up all of our data/TV connections as well. C.In the middle of a heat wave, when several other contractors said they couldn't service us for a couple of months, Chris made an extra effort to squeeze us in. Even during the rain, Chris divided up the work to make best use of the available time and even did some of the work in the rain .. that is good service. The work was excellent, Chris will honestly explain pros and cons and offer a suggestion, which worked out well for us. I would very highly recommend Chris to others considering a heat pump.
