M.Hands down the best electrical "fix-it" shop in Wellington! Just came from there where I thought my food processor had seen better days - but they revived it with some special "food oil" ( & at no cost!) - & away we go! These guys know it all & have been in that location (128 Tory St, Wellington) for many years - just the best! 5-Stars all the way!

Purchased a part for my coffee machine.
P.Andrew was amazing. Fixed our coffee machines' steamer. Handled all the communications with sunbeam. Helped my wife carry it to/from the car. Charged very little. The whole experience was excellent. Thankyou Andrew!! We'll be back.
R.Took a small, home espresso machine in for a service. The steamers output had been fluctuating due to not changing the filter regularly enough. Turn around was quick (completed in 24 hours) and the issue with the steamer was resolved.
However it seems that after the service had been completed, the machine was used to make a coffee (no issue); what was disappointing was that the milk steamer hadn't then been cleaned (so milk was caked to the steamer), there was coffee ground left in the porta filter and water left in the drip tray at pick up (I upended the tray outside their store before transport). The machine itself also had grime, presumably from the servicing process on, around and under the bed of the drip tray (I made sure the machine was clean before bringing it in). This left a sour taste in my mouth for an almost $100 servicing fee.
