H.My car battery terminal got loose while I was driving in town and I brought it into Super as they were just around the corner. They took me in a few minutes later and replaced the terminal..I was so relieved as I had groceries in my car! Amazing service!!!!

Fixed up a long-standing electrical problem with my old X5, took time sourcing the right parts at the right price so it wouldn't kill my wallet, even loaned me a vehicle at very short notice so I wouldn't be all Spanish and have to change my name to Carlos. Exceptional personal service all delivered with a smile. Top notch guys, highly recommended.
H.I had been having issues with my car the past week, and luckily it died at the gas station across he street from Super Auto Electrical. I got it jumped and headed right over to their shop as the guy who jumped me said these are the guys he goes to. They instantly made me feel better about my situation and took care of me on the spot. Great team of guys, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. They worked on my car for hours, working out every option they had, ordered the parts I needed, and I was on my way. So thankful! Great company!
A.My immobiliser decided not to work while I was parked on the beach. I had my 2 kids in the car. Called super auto electrical and lenny came straight out. The tide was coming in and getting closer and closer. He stayed calm and bypassed my immobiliser. That got me off the beach and back to the workshop. They fitted a new unit and got rid of an airbag light that had come on earlier. I was expecting a huge bill considering the emergency call out on to the beach, but I was happy to find it was very reasonable. Thanks again mate.
N.Lenny installed my headunit and sub 😊 and also a set of speakers. Love my sound system and would highly recommend people to pay him a visit as he’s known to be the best sparky in town 👍
S.These guys are awesome. I've had a couple of issues where no one has been able to figure out the problem and each time Lenny has been able to quickly pinpoint the issue and fix for me - and always with great communication and customer service.
J.A friendly and helpful business who went out of their way to assist me after hours while I was on holiday in whakatane and got stuck with a dead car. They opened up the business after hours for me so I could leave my car there over the weekend and took me to a motel. Despite what the AA told me about the state of my car, this business found the actual problem - a spark plug and fixed it in quick smart time. I definately recommend this team!

S.Figured out why my headlights where not working. (it was not the bulb or fuse) The switch was broken. But instead of buying a new one the repaired it. They also changed two other old bulbs. All together it coast me 170 Dollars. Which I seems fair. 155 Dollars on labor work. I couldn't done it myself and they seem to know about electric things. Also they were honest and friendly. Would go there again!
