Highly recommended, will use again. Started calling around at 9am as urgently needed someone to look at our hotwater cyclinder. 1 shower and no hot water. 2 other local companies fully booked and couldn't help. Potter Electrical advised someone may be able to come today otherwise definitely tomorrow. Electrician called me back within an hour and arrived at the house at 10.30am with an apprentice. Electrician was fantastic with on the job training, our thermostat was replaced quickly, no mess left behind and we are super happy customers! From the first phone call to payment the service was exceptional. Prompt and efficient.

We recently had a spa pool installed using Potters to effect the connection which entailed going the length of the house through the roof. They were on time, efficient and obliging, installing two outside lights while they were up there as a last minute request. There were problems with the pool electrical equipment which Potters at their inconvenience came and sorted out with little notice. They are highly recommended Rob and Sue
