H.Zach is friendly, professional and responded promptly to our phone enquiries. He gave us good advice on buying the new fittings we needed then made an excellent job of installing them. He charged a very fair (pensioner) hourly rate and did not charge mileage for either of his visits. We're happy that we gave the work to a local independant tradesman.
