Ricky is an awesome agent and I really enjoy working alongside onestaff 😎 learnt heaps of new things including driving machinery, labour work, traffic control, and general skills that I didn’t know before working with Ricky and Onestaff.

Just started working here 2 months ago and it's a good day everyday... You learn new things every site you go to and the staff is very professional and has a good quality of communication. Ricky is my boss and he is the best boss I've had in a long time, very good with keeping in touch, good attitude and makes you wanna work everyday. Thank you One Staff for the thrill

My experience so far with Onestaff has been great. I am really happy with all the help and guidance they have provided so far. Vasu and Ricky have been my point of contact and they respond to all my queries without any delays. Their efforts during covid lockdown was excellent and I am glad to be a part of their team.

We’ll let’s just say when you need a job you know where to go!! OneStaff! Highly recommended friendly people staff know what they’re doing. I walked in got interviewed next thing you know I walked out with a job which was really amazing. Ricky is a brilliant agent just started working alongside with Onestuff about 2 weeks ago, I’m really enjoying the job I’m working at right now, learning new skills and techniques I haven’t done before and yeah just want to thank Ricky for giving me this opportunity.

So I’ve been with One Staff in Botany for approximately 13 months and was privileged enough to meet a couple of the team here. Ricky who took me under his wing has been rather efficient in taking care of his staff after being handed clients from a former colleague of his. I came into the company as a standard Traffic controller (TMO) in the last year. He has managed to network me with excellent training facilities and awesome clients for work. I’m now a qualified STMS Level 2/3 Non Practice. Something I would never have imagined to be. I recommend one staff as your next agent if your honest and reliable with a willingness to be more than just a TEMP and a can and will do attitude! Thanks Ricky and Ken (Botany) keep up the great work!

Where to start? Firstly I would like to thank onestaff also a huge shout out along with much respect and appreciation to my agent Ricky Taupulega and Ken Tobias from onestaff botany junction branch, Ricky the man who went above and beyond during my journey as a onestaff employee, even to a point helping my 2 sisters and my daughter out with work as well really appreciate your efforts Ricky and can't forget you Ken your an awesome person as well that always made sure we are safe at all times, you both check in regularly to see our needs are met and nothing is impossible, that doesn't go unnoticed you two, was great having you both on my journey, was sad but happy leaving. so many huge clients the possibilities and opportunities are just waiting for you.It is this reason with hard work on both our ends that I am now in a long term permanent position with a traffic management company and I love what I do, even though I've worked with many of onestaffs clients, I found my passion something I'm good at.it's life changing right now by being given a chance then a great opportunity, that benefits everyone, we all get something out of this but it ain't coming easy you gotta work hard for it and never give up, in all honesty I never thought I would be here until I signed up with onestaff and Ricky encouraged me to upskill. from tc to stms to now running my own teams in the roading TTM sector. I had zero experience by the way, being a stay at home mum on the benefit, struggling , living payday to payday. Yes indeed mama's of all ages! you can do it too you have the potential to start from the bottom with onestaff and if you work hard, smart, be consistent, reliable, honest and loyal, onestaff will take you places, to where you wanna be, succeeding in work, home and life. You meet such awesome people at onestaff that are extremely encouraging that truly understand life, work, home and family that to me is a high standard of professionalism.
