Team Recruitment is different from other agencies. They care about the candidates and constantly check on your situation. That’s the attitude to win from other competitors as New Zealand is a small market with limited talents. My consultant, Kylie Jeans is such a helpful lady and always remembers when your contract will be finished. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Team Recruitment. The whole team is very caring and professional. They helped me to land a contract job about 5 years ago. It was not an easy thing for a migrant with no local experience or education background, but they went the extra mile for me. They invest time in each candidate and see the real potential in each of them. Some of them not just have the HR background, but also real experience in the industry. You can always rely on them for your job hunting.

After being registered with approx 15 recruitment agencies, it was Team Recruitment that finally nailed it for me. What started off as a temp assignment ended up being a permanent role with a great company. Special thanks must go to Rosalee who first advised me of the job, Verona, who guided me through the temp process, and Melissa who was always helpful with following up with the admin and payroll side of things. Team Recruitment did an amazing job in finding my role in Auckland while I was based in the South Island. They were very proactive. Once I gave Kylie the go ahead, Team Recruitment found a role within 3 weeks while I was based out of Auckland.
