N.Where other agencies seem to treat you as "here comes another one" to add to the list, Hays do not forget you as soon as you walk out the door. If you want work they will try their best to find you a placement . Charmaine ,Hannah and Jamie get my 2 thumbs up. Steer clear from the mainstream agencies and give them a go, they sure helped me out over Christmas :)
P.My favourite Recruitment Agency in town. Super friendly and enthusiastic staff. I first had Casey and then Charlotte looking after me and both did a fantastic job!! Charlotte found me my current position. I never met her (till this day) yet she was so great to deal with. Thumbs up team and keep up the good work!!
A.Absolutely awesome team! Charlotte has been my Recruitement lady for less than a week and has already found me a temp role after I finished up at my other jobs a week ago. She is so efficient and keeps you in the loop about everything! First time to the Hays office the other day too and the girls on Reception are very welcoming and bubbly, too.
Highly recommend! They listen to what you are after and truly care at Hays. Thank you so much for being so awesome and kind!
C.Initially, I wasn't impressed with the two young woman that sat at Reception, very cold atmosphere, felt clinical. It needed some background music. Then I was seated in a room with just the walls and floor to look at and it was way too stuffy. I was left waiting for 15 minutes, I got up and walked back to Reception feeling very annoyed. I was then taken to a cooler room and Casey finally turned up, full of apologises.
It wasn't a great first impression, but Casey was chatty and I warmed to her. Since that initial meeting Casey has really had my back and done so much work to find me a job, both Temp and Permanent. I consider her to be a true professional. I have received many phone calls and emails offering me opportunities of work and she is the only person I have faith in. She has been really on the ball, unlike some others, both at Hays and other Recruitment companies, where I have felt like an inconvenience in their day. I do believe there are improvements that need to be made in this industry overall though. It should always be about the people and how they are treated, and the Processes can be frustrating.
K.Worked with Matthew for months prior to accepting a position elsewhere, however I wanted to say how completely impressed I am with how Matt has gone above and beyond to gather potential opportunities, to set up interviews, with respectful and discrete communication, etc. Definitely and positively a job well done and I would highly recommend getting in touch with Hays for help with your search for work.
U.Good for working holiday visa holders , hr were sincere honest , some hr are not so good but overall nice , easy to get labour jobs , construction work so on
