M. A.I was gutted that my application wasn't followed up on, even after calling and being promised that I would be contacted.
I'm gutted because Randstad was the reason I got my current role, and I couldn't say enough good things, however now they missed an opportunity to help me find my next opportunity.
Getting the basics right like follow up and ownership are really key in the service industry - I know Randstad can do better.
Edit 20/1/22 despite replying to my review, no one from randstad ever followed up with me.
