J.I had an amazing experience with Sarah @ Crew, I arrived in New Zealand last year October, applied for a few positions when Sarah contacted me. Although I did not get the positions applied for then I asked her to consider me for potential roles, she kept her word and always looked for potential opportunities, I returned back to South Africa end of January, she mentioned some possible positions coming up before I left and after a Skype interview I managed to secure a offer. Sarah has been amazing, she has kept me in the loop all the time even a little after hours at times, assisted with documents needed to forward to my immigration advisor for my VISA application. T.Had a great experience with Crew Consultancy, Sarah really helped me out. She was very easy to talk to and I felt at ease during a time which is normally very stressful (recruitment process). I’m in NZ on a working holiday visa and have a few years experience in IT but because of the visa restrictions it can be pretty difficult to get a decent job but Sarah was able to get me a great job with a great team. The whole process was very easy and efficient, I was able to interview over the phone and video chat which was ideal since I wasn’t initially sure where I should live in NZ. :)

h.Finding work in any country is a big undertaking.
Trying to secure a job from another country, is not only stressful, but also a huge challenge, especially having a 11-hour time difference.
Racheal went the extra mile and even took personal time to accommodate communication between my self and new employer.
