My experience with Tradestaff Hamilton has been amazing cause they really do care about their employees. They are very supportive, have an open communication and praise you for your good work. I've only had good feedback when it comes to Tradestaff. I would defenitly recommend them.

Can highly recommend Tom and all the staff at Tradestaff Hamilton. Tradestaff Hamilton is a great recruitment agency to work for. I have worked for them for one year now and I am a full time employee, I have always been looked after and when I go out to a new site I don't have to worry about if things go wrong or its not a good site to be on because the consultants in this particular office already have plan B&C waiting for you so you always have work no matter what happens. During my time with them so far they have proven on numerous occasions that they actually care about me and they value me, we have went through the covid lockdown together and i have had a knee injury and we have had some other little issues along the way and Tradestaff Hamilton have had my back the whole time so If you are an international worker wanting to come to NEW ZEALAND I highly recommend that this is the agency to get in contact with. Tom Hill is the manager of the Hamilton branch and he in my opinion is the reason why this office is running so well, he does his homework and he has a good crew there with him. I am a fully qualified professional and I have no desire to leave This branch and I am not the only one as I have often bumped into other qualified professionals who work for Tom and they have the same opinion which is why leave these guys when they look after us this good. I have been offered full time positions with their clients and I don't even think twice about saying no, I have had a great year with these guys and plan to be sticking around for a while longer.

I worked for them as a self employed carpenter contractor. I can highly recommend them. When a job finished Zach and Tom got me work straight away. I worked for other agencies before and they have better clients. Any construction worker looking for a job I would say that's the go to place and they will get you work fast and pay a good rate without any issues. 5 star service.

I have found Tradestaff to be one of the better more proactive recruiters I have ever dealt with. From a Company HR point of view they undertake all the checks and ensure the staff they place are fit for purpose, which makes hiring so much easier. From my personal temp candidate experience, Tradestaff placed me out for over a year with various companies. Hi. I have been invited to write a review for the Hamilton branch of Tradestaff Hamilton. I am 55 years old. This is my first ever review. Iam brutally honest with myself and therefore others. excuse me Tradestaff employees if I seem a little harsh Over the last 3 years I have seen the branch office staffed and managed by various people. The staff who were there back then were absolutely fantastic. They were so caring and nice. Then, one day, in between gigs I turned up and they were nearly all gone, much to my disgust. . . . :-(( Not to worry . . . I thought to myself. This new crowd seemed just as nice . . . AND . . . they WERE !!! So . . . to cut a long story short my experience with Tradestaff has been nothing short of AWESOME. They have looked after me EXTREMELY WELL. For around 36 months (off and on) I have never been short of work. They have always looked after me in regard to pay, PPE equipment, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay and time off, no matter what. If I couldn't work (for any reason) they were (and continue to be!) completely understanding about my ever changing situation Now, I know it is unfair to pick out individual team members for specific praise but, given this opportunity to do the review (I have never reviewed anything before in my life by the way !!!) I feel I need to say a few things about certain people here First is Zach. He is simply amazing and seems to almost have a sixth sense when it comes to what's going to happen next. Having been doing some Temp. work in their office here, @ Norton road, I have had the chance to see these guys interact with people (job seekers) from all walks of life and Zach really does go all out and gives 110% to ensure that each individual client receives nothing but the absolute best of care. And then there is Tom. He is the Manager and just an amazing powerhouse of energy. Always positive and smiling he's the man who gives the place a fire in its belly and makes things happen. He' "the Man" and I am very grateful to have his ongoing support. Koshal is so nice to people too and makes everyone she meets feel welcome and at ease. Such a lovely personality and confidence is rare in one so young and, again, she goes all out to get the best for people. The other Staff members here are awesome as well although I have not had a lot of interaction with them and as such do not feel qualified to say too much about them. I CAN say that,from what I have seen thus far, they are all extremely trustworthy people of the highest integrity and seem determined to do their best to keep their clients in work
