Son enjoyed it but it was just him there lol. I enjoyed a peaceful coffee though for 40 minutes lol.

A ton of fun. Great service from the crew who really do a great job of making it easy. A little on the expensive side but my 9 year old had an awesome time and so did I.

Great customer service from Rachel. Rachel was friendly and knowledgeable about all services. Unfortunately the VR made me motion sick. However if motion sickness does not affect you and you like technology, this is the place to visit

Watch out for the low unmeasured carpark - no signs indicating height if you happen to have a Ute. Games are good, but don't let them twist you into the games they think you want.. try the things you want to do..

An amazing and mind-blowing VR experience. Lots of choices of games and many to play with a group of 4. Took my dad here for father's day and he had great fun getting to shoot zombies and his sons 😁. Found parking nearby easily enough on the weekend and was a great way to spend over an hour.

Had such a great time here. So many different games. Staff was fantastic.

On site car park helpful but a bit tight. We choose an escape room VR experience. A bit complicated to get to grips with and we probably spent a good 10 minutes to understand the principals of the have setup. Once underway it was a nice experience. No online booking so you had to wait for them to open before you could arrange anything.

One of a kind VR room in New Zealand, must visit if you're looking playing VR games with friends. There was the TRON bike for single player and there were multiple first person shooter games, one's a zombie game where you're tied to a cage and another where you're free to walk around in an open area through a VR map. There were also VR experience rides where you sit in a stimulator seat that moves with what's happening in the virtual world.

Very enjoy the time when we are playing there! Lots of games can be chose! Also the customer service is very good! Try the new game ‘VR escape room’ there! You will love it!

I would highly recommend VRVOOM coz my BF and I had such an amazing experience there. We did almost all the games the other day. No Man's Land 96 is our favorite one coz I beat him up twice hahahaha. The Matrix zombie shooting game is my second favorite one! I'm thinking to have my birthday parties there hahahaha~ cool place 👍

Good prices, Great staff and an awesome family experience, recommend the Matrix for friends or family over 12yrs they have different themes age appropriate. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

It was my daughter’s 9th birthday and we chose this place for the VR experience. I recommend Voom for a great VR experience. The girl on the counter is lovely, she showed us around and was very helpful. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday memorable:)

This place was amazing for a group of ten year old boys and would no doubt be the same for older. Pricey though.

Highly recommend No Man's Land, we had fun and were very glad we did it. We also did the car simulator, not as impressive as we had hoped but the idea is cool.

Awesome fun, took my 10 year old son but I think I liked it more, definitely do survival zombies game. Great staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to people of all ages as there is something for every one. Cheers, Nick

VR voom was a great experience! Definitely recommend to come here for a great time with either family or friends. Graphics of the games are 10/10 and you have a variety of different fun games you can choose. Kids have great options for games to as well as the adults with great shooting zombies, playing in teams and shooting the opposite team. I would definitely come again. The reality of the games are so good and it feels as if you are there and not in a game. Great fun and awesome experience!!

We enjoyed VR Voom, the games are awesome. The only downfall is that one of the VR sets seemed to be malfunctioning so we lost about a minute for the staff to come and fix it in the middle of a 4 minute game and they didn't restart the game which would have been fair nor offered anything as a sorry for their equipment failure, we were the only people there so it would have been nice and easy for them to just restart the game or offer an extra 4 minute game for example

Awesome experience! The matrix is insane, very immersive and scary. The staff there are lovely too. Would definitely recommend going, they have a large range of VR experiences.

SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a team event here on Friday last week, and oh my Fortnite it was so much fun. We played a pvp 4 player battle in a free to move arena, and another 4 player pve zombie battle in a cage where you can't move! Heaps of fun, highly recommend!

Location : good Parking : yes within the same building and parking in the lane next to the center Variety: not many options in terms of game play but within the game there are lot of variety Staff is helpful and guide well Ask for the tour before the buying as it helps with the purchase decision better Age : full for all ages Only issue is that it does not let you select your options of your choise .. its either the package they have made or individual purchase which makes it bit less exiting as all have different preferences.

Really enjoyed the time spend at Voom, had so much fun with my friends! Would highly recommend to play the No mans Land since I like shooting game so much. Will definitely come back again!

I totally recommend it for anyone who wants to try. It’s an experience you are not gonna forget. Me and my friend we did the sward matrix and time machine which were both amazing. I couldn’t tell the difference between real life and virtual. Trust me you are gonna wanna try it again xx

A really fun experience, an attraction for all ages.. and definitely really fun !! It's important to note that it's really expensive and it's a shame

It was a really cool place, loved the lighting as it felt super futuristic. Friendly staff as well and were really helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be back for more soon

We had a great time playing games there, we got the grabone voucher, so we could use it for 4 games. Matrix (shooting zombies) and no man's land are the best! Matrix is so intense and a bit scary!

Amazing wee gem in the heart of Newmarket. Amazing fun so realistic you will be sweating with the pressure of taking down the zombie wave !! Highly recommend for a fun activity indoors !

Went there for my birthday. The escape room was broken half way and they couldn't fix it.

I went to VR VOOM with my boyfriend last night and it was sooooo much fun! We tried all of the games. We were highly impressed by No Mans Land 96. The equipments were extremely cool. With the simulation guns and the latest HTC vive pro headsets, we could run freely within 96 square meters, hiding ourselves behind obstacles and shooting at each other. I will definitely come back again with more friends since this game is for maximum 4 players. I think 2v2 will be even more interactive! I enjoyed all the other games as well, especially Swords Master. The music game was pretty addictive for me. All in all, that was really an awesome experience! Thanks a lot to VR VOOM👍👍😝😝❤️❤️

Came with friends for a different experience, was pleasantly surprised. We did the Zombie game 4 player and I was screaming like a little girl.
