P.Went for a family big birthday & while it was nice we had pre-ordered food as per Wigram hotel request) long story short the youngest guests (under 5 years old) had to wait for their food the longest as they just forgot to cook it! Add to that a $27 blue cod meal which had 2 small pieces of fish & hardly any chips, the kids meals came with twice the amount of chips.
Overall I wouldn't say terrible but I wouldn't say value for money in my opinion.
T.We held our wedding here a month ago and couldn't have been a more perfect day. The venue (Chapel and Ballroom), the staff, the food and drinks were 100% Very accommodating with all our plans and the food we wanted (the platters were perfect!) If you are looking for somewhere that you can have the service and reception then this is your one stop shop!

R.Booked through Air B&B. The rooms were clean, towels and soap provided. They also have mini fridges and some coffee and tea in your room. The room also has a vanity. Shared bathrooms— SO CLEAN! Heaps of character and the staff were all very very friendly.

N.Great little venue for a meal or drink. Varied menu with some great options - love their Grilled Cheese, with their pies (changes regularly and home made) a close second - and great prices on food.
In fact we love this place so much, we come back almost weekly. There’s a great outdoor area, so we can bring the dogs down on a nice day, or leave them at home and sit inside in the newly built extension (opens up, or covered in with a fire).

Ordered pork loin nice piece of meat could have done with more sauce as mashed Kumara quite bland.

L.(Translated) Friendly staff who are happy to speak to you. Room is neat with a sink and fridge. Shared toilets and shower which looks very neat. Food is good value for money. You get a lot and it is still warm.
Rooms are noisy and a bit drafty because the building is old. But everything is well maintained

Vriendelijk personeel dat je graag te woord staat. Kamer is netjes met een wastafel en koelkastje. Gedeelde wc's en douche wat er heel netjes uit ziet. Eten heeft een goede prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Je krijgt veel en is nog goed warm.
Kamers zijn wel gehorig en een beetje tochtig omdat het pand oud is. Maar alles wel goed onderhouden
