C.Wonderful location to celebrate my dads birthday. As you arrive at the location there are lovely big doors entering you into the venue. It is arranged in different sections, being for dining, relaxed eating and an event area. There is also a great covered area outside with wonderful views of the golf course which would be a great spot for a drink, snacks or coffee (look forward to doing that next time) Lucky we booked as busy when we got there (recommend booking as apparently always busy for lunch). Really good service and when we got seated the girl was good to let us know that as we had booked a table our meals would come before those that do walk in's. Really nice selection for brunch and lunch as well as food behind the counter. Two of us decided on the egg benedict and the other 2 the chicken burger. We also ordered a lovely bottle of wine to go with the meal (really good prices for the bottle). There was no complaints about the meals, great size and very yummy and tasty. After the meal we brought some golf balls and had a hit on the driving range fun way to end lunch. Wonderful location with views out to the golf course, great food and service, with golf for fun, look forward to heading back again soon.
B.Great place, great atmosphere, food was really yummy, all be it a bit slow to come out for some people when we had a big group who would have preferred to be eating together. But still enjoyed the whole experience. Suggest some blinds for the doors and windows with the tables facing the bright light streaming in the windows. Overall yummy.

D.Wow. We had our end of year Christmas function here last night and loved it! We had the best staff allocated to our group with unlimited golf balls and our group won the orange golf ball competition!! We won a bar tab for the group. Will be back with family another time as they also have a lunch menu. Such a cool place!

A.Went with wedding party day after wedding with the bride and groom for brunch. I’ve never come across this place before but the staff were lovely, professional and thorough. Lovely setting, beautiful views and the avo smash for brunch with home made bacon was amazing!! Smacked a few balls in the sun was a lovely morning. Will def go there again!

Come grab some lunch and a bucket of balls.. And challenge your partner. The idea seems simple enough.. Hit the ball over the water, it's not that far.
We had a hilarious time.
The staff are friendly, and leave you to the experience. (can you tell I'm no golfer) it's FUN
W.Service is very professional! Their golf balls are always sparklingly clean, which is the biggest feature. Their curry on rice is so so delicious, great value for money with the wonderful presentation. Anyway, I vote this business as the best managed business in our region.
A special tip if you want to hit some golf balls-don't go before 12:00 noon because the sun would be too strong glary, very uncomfortable for the eyes & skin. I recommend after 2:00 pm is the best!
A.Love the food and the venue is amazing. Not too far out of town, and it is worth the drive anyway. Lots to do if you want to do more than a coffee or lunch. I have enjoyed the golf driving range and archery.
J.Absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect. It was like they had read all the guide books and then made the ultimate escape. I would say that it wasn't worth the visit except I love it. I can't stay away. I love every aspect. The staff are beautiful, the ducks are on form. And the food is amazing. Lifeguards are around - child safe. Definitely go. They're also very tall
A.Had a conference at the Palmerston North Orlando this week, can easily say it was one of the best venues I have attended a conference at. Working lunch was great and I even tried my luck at hitting a golf ball. Great experience! Highly recommended!

J.OUTSTANDING! Orlando Country Club was booked by one of our team members for a full day conference and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or day! The staff were lovely and helpful, the archery afterwards was a highlight for me, and they were so professional and patient in showing us how to do it, every single one of us participated! Awesome place and people, highly recommend.

M.Nice settings looking out onto the driving range and lake, nice food. A little cold in the winter if you sit by the door with people coming and going. Very warm at night without the doors being opened constantly though.

A.Superb location and experience at The Orlando Country Club. I’m from out of town so this was a great surprise to find here in Palmerston North. I was a guest at a large function here and give very high ratings for overall quality and amazing food!
a.Lovely venue. But for a set menu for 40,10 people per table, felt not enough food for table therefore too costly per person . Food was beautiful. Went away hungry.
