The general manager William was a pleasure to work with ensuring our day went by without a hitch. Staff made sure things ran smoothly! Would definitely recommend Gracehill as a venue!

We've just returned from a mini honeymoon and wanted to send a quick note thanking you for all your hard work towards our wedding. I wanted to let you know it was an absolutely incredible day-we have not been able to stop talking about our wedding at Gracehill Vineyard. We had no idea a wedding could be as amazing as it was-we both agree-it was the best day of our lives!
Odair and I would like to extend our utmost gratitude to you both for your expert help in making our special day one to remember for a lifetime! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. We received glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.
You guys rock! From beginning to end of the planning of our wedding event, you made us feel comfortable and confident. Working with you not only brought us the experience we were looking for; but enriched our faith in professionalism.
Will - man, we have no words to describe how grateful we are and how blessed we feel for having you by our side on that wedding journey. All the skills that are necessary in your field were very apparent throughout a process that can be intimidating and anxiety ridden. You and your staff not only know the intricacies of planning such events, but your people skills generate good will at every turn.
Ginny - you did a fantastic job guiding all of us, especially, when the bride (me) was running a little late and you managed to help us to catch up on the agenda throughout the ceremony and reception. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day a smooth event. We are thrilled with how everything turned out! Ginny we know you did a lot of behind the scenes work at the reception and we are extremely grateful. A.We held our daughter's wedding here. Wow! Everyone had a great time and heaps of fun. Despite the loss of power due to the cyclone overnight, the staff fixed everything and brought it all together. Dinner was lovely. A great venue for such an event. William from Gracehill was wonderful, as were all the staff. Can't recommend them highly enough. Well done. P.Beautiful venue for wedding celebrations. Outdoor setup for wedding ceremony is perfect with huge trees and lush grass plus a duck pond surrounding it. Reception area also very well decorated with staff who know what they are doing!
L.We had a wonderful wedding here in march, the best we could wish for! We delayed the wedding two times due to Covid and William, the manager was gracious, and empathetic. I was less stressed knowing that our deposit would be safe no matter what. The venue was gorgeous and well maintained and we had a ceremony outside. We also felt safe knowing that if it rained, there was a place inside. William took care of the printing of invitation cards etc.. and had a comprehensive info pack with lists of recommended vendors like MC and DJ, and florist which was very helpful.
People commented about how the food was real nice and we received many compliments from our guests about our wedding. Thanks to the brilliant William, Robin, the chef and his team for a fantastic experience and friendly service.
M.Gracehill was the perfect wedding venue for our special day, and William's attention to detail and fast responses helped make sure everything ran smoothly. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and on the day was one step ahead managing the event flawlessly. The setting is beautiful, and there was no need to go off site for photos. We also had lots of comments on how delicious the food was too. A well priced / affordable wedding venue with no hidden costs :)

N.We had a fantastic experience with Gracehill Vineyard - hosting our wedding on November 27th.
Right from the start, Will was organized, easy to deal with and clearly knew what he was talking about. He bent over backwards to accommodate our budget needs, was easy to contact with throughout the wedding planning process, took initiative when it came to things like invitations and was incredible supportive throughout.
When the August Covid lockdown hit, our original date was thrown into question, but Will was willing to keep multiple dates reserved for us and kept our concerns at ease throughout a very stressful period, remaining incredibly flexible and willing to move costs around to help us.
The wedding day itself was perfect, Gracehill played a huge part in that.
Overall, we walked away hugely thankful for all Gracehill did for us and would recommend them to any newly married couples looking for a beautiful wedding venue, with a great organizer and professional service.
