We were lucky enough to work with Kate for our wedding in April 2022. It is hard to find the words to do justice to the work she does. Kate makes you feel like your wedding is just as important to her as it is to you. She remembers the little details while simultaneously arranging the big logistics. Her little black book of contacts is second to none, and her wealth of experience made sure that our day went off without a hitch. There aren't enough words to describe just how incredible Kate is at what she does. When it came to planning our wedding, I knew that I wanted as little work and stress as possible while still wanting everything to be perfect. Over the course of a years planning, Kate took the time to meet up to chat not just about wedding details but took a genuine interest in really getting to know more about us. This was such a refreshing and important dynamic to have with a vendor that I was always hoping for but really not expecting. Kate made it easy, and guided me through all of my tasks, while she took care of practically everything else. The idea of having a wedding wasn't just for us, it was for our family and friends equally - we wanted it that way, and Kate knew exactly how to make sure all of our boxes were ticked. She is effortless and unflappable in the way she makes things happen, a true perfectionist. She loves what she does and it shows! I can't go without mentioning how very generous, down to earth and kind Kate is. In times when I needed to talk to someone who would just get it - for me that was Kate. Our wedding day was perfect, which is simply a reflection of the work and love that Kate put into it. I can honestly say that having Kate on our team was the single best decision that we made!

Our wedding day was everything we dreamt of and more. The planning and co-ordination from Kate was outstanding, everything was easy and hassle free throughout the whole process. I have had many guests approach me following our wedding about the attention to detail and how gorgeous and well planned it was. Kate is the ultimate wedding planner. We worked with her for over a year to plan our dream day, and with Kate’s amazing organisation, calm and efficient nature, our day was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have wished for anything better, it was flawless. We are so grateful for Kate’s help and guidance through the process, particularly for handling things with ease and grace in such unprecedented times. Planning weddings in a pandemic is not something that I can imagine most planners can handle with the ease that Kate did. We couldn’t have done it without her. The night before our wedding, at 9pm, there was an announcement moving Auckland to level 3 and the rest of the country to level 2. We were devastated. I phoned Kate at 9:30pm in tears, and with her calm, positive and unflappable nature managed to easily fix my fears and worries about the wedding not being able to go ahead - Kate made sure that everything could and would be fine. By the end of the conversation I was back to being excited about the wedding the next day (and even managed to get a full night’s sleep!). This is just one small example of how Kate made our wedding not just possible, but a fantastic and perfect day and celebration of our love. Kate is a perfectionist, and coming from a fellow perfectionist that was so helpful, she fully understood our vision and communicated so professionally and flawlessly with all of our vendors. You really don’t realise how many moving parts there are involved with weddings, and Kate helped us to manage everything, from the minute details through to big picture things like wet weather planning. Thank you so much Kate. You went above and beyond and we are so grateful for all of your help, your attention to detail and your hard work.

there are really no words to describe how incredible Katie is! From start to finish Katie arranged every detail of my wedding. She managed a bridal party of 14, multiple vendors, and my very demanding expectations. There was not a detail of my wedding that Katie was not across. She is fantastic, the day of the wedding, and leading up I was absoloutley stress free. I trusted Katie and she earned that trust. This woman is an angel.

I get emotional thinking about Katie and the journey we've been on for the past year, particularly the week leading up to our wedding day. As if planning a wedding isn’t hard enough, we had the added stresses of organising it during the pandemic. We had so many moving parts continuously changing right up to the big day, and Katie handled it all like a pro. There are no words that can aptly describe how amazing she is. She is dedicated, passionate, empathetic, caring, amazing attention to detail, resilient, dependable, all class. I have been fortunate enough to work with Katie on numerous occasions in my role as a marriage celebrant. When I was organising my own wedding Katie was top of my list! She is super organised and has an incredible sense of detail. She is calm, totally professional and has an amazing gift for dealing with people. Kater weddings, and Katie was an invaluable part of our wedding day. She was organised, reliable and so calm! Dealth with the difficult vendors, gave recommendations for ones we were yet to organise and had so many great ideas of how to make our day even better. I really appreciated the little touches like a practical way to deal rubbish and the decorating of our wedding night suite. Nacho and I can't recommend Katie highly enough as a Wedding planner and co-ordinator. We were looking for someone to take away the thinking and stress from our Wedding - and she did exactly that. We got in touch with Katie about a year before the wedding, and we had milestones along the way to catch up to see how things were tracking. We even had a catch up with the bridal party a month out to talk through what the plan of attack was so everyone knew what was going on. On the actual day, inevitably there are always little glitches in the day - best thing is, we didnt even flinch because Katie managed it with no fuss! Katie certainly is a hostess with the mostest in a cool, calm and collected way. Thank you Katie! Perhaps I might call you for our vow renewal in 10 years? ;)

I had the pleasure of meeting and then working with Katie at her friends Wedding at Ohariu Farm, Wellington, Saturday 28th September 2019. Katie was both Bridesmaid and Wedding coordinator, she carried off both with aplomb. I was the DJ for the Wedding, DJ Max. Uncharacteristically, I had an equipment failure at the beginning of the day (a piece of equipment I’ve now replaced), which led to a series of holdups across the remaining day. I made Katie aware of this from the outset and we proceeded to work together and with the fabulous venue operator, Zena, working in, we got through it largely unscathed. I can’t rate, or thank, Katie highly enough for how she treated and worked with me across the Wedding. It was quite a tough experience for me as a supplier having something go wrong but Katie was helpful, calming, thoughtful and efficient. Whilst we physically only met the day of the Wedding, there had been communications via email prior, and these too were timely, friendly and concise. At the end of the night of the Wedding Katie and I spoke and I expressed my dissatisfaction as to the level of service I had provided, it fell short of my usual offerings. I suggested that I wanted to make a partial refund of the Bride and Grooms fee; Katie agreed that this was appropriate. This was an unusual situation for me and I needed to talk through my approach, Katie was instrumental in talking to the Bride and helping me through the process. With the difficulties of the day I experienced, it was a tough set of circumstances to meet Katie under, but I’m glad it was Katie that I had to work through them with and I look forward to working with her in the future.
