The Cheers Team were most helpful, friendly and efficient with a last minute New Year request. Help that went beyond just their own service and provision where they went out of their way to assist us to find a fridge. Good quality equipment, good pricing, overall good service.

Cheers was fantastic to deal with, Kylie and Brooklyn were super helpful and accomodating! Our wedding like many over these covid times was one that was cancelled and push out by a year which was no problem for the Cheers team. One thing that sticks in my mind was Kylie first saying when I met with them that the "wedding booking" was a working document and she is so right. Thank you team Cheers! X

Kylie and her team managed to throw together our very last minute Hawaiian party. We had a basic idea, but Kylie knew exactly what we were after!! The team that set up were so accommodating, and friendly- definitely recommend Cheers Party Hire- pop in and check their showroom- it will make you want to plan a party

I used Cheers party hire when I celebrated a milestone birthday with a weekend event. Cheers were excellent to deal with, friendly helpful staff, went the extra mile to make sure I had everything delivered on time and had all the little extra bits and pieces I needed to make the weekend fabulous. I totally recommend them to anyone planning an event.

Very good experience just confusion re the sides not on the black gazebo as were shown in the photos on the white gazebo .. meaning we had to come back to collect the white sides ..However apart from that the team at Cheers were most helpful , obliging ,polite and very very nice to deal with. The gazebos were fabulous !! Just what we wanted .. Thankyou 😊😊

We used cheers to hire things for our wedding. They took months and months to sort everything out even after going in to their office and emailing back and forth many times - this is after providing a very straight forward and simple list of the items we wanted both while in the store room and then later in emails. Unfortunately it seems if you are not spending a huge amount of money there they don't seem very interested in giving you a good experience. Brooklyn is the only saving grace as she was always very polite and nice. We wanted stress free and everything except Cheers was in fact stress free. It's sad they are the only party hire easily accessible in the Whangarei area as I would not recommend you use them. Marquee hire Whangarei do tables and chairs and they are absolutely amazing so I highly recommend you use them instead. We are still waiting for a refund for an overpayment that should have been sorted a week ago now.

When I was looking for an event hire place to help with my wedding, the first place always mentioned when asking locals in Whangarei was Cheers Hire. The team are incredibly hard working, friendly and dedicated. Nothing is too big or small for these guys and we were over the moon with our set up as well as the quick pack in and pack down. This made our special wedding day that much easier! If you get the chance to meet Kylie and her team you’ll see a bunch of passionate and hardworking people. Keep in mind to book these guys and their expertise as early as possible, they are super busy - which is definitely a great sign!

Cheers Party Hire are just dam amazing!!!! They dug us out of a super deep hole right before our school ball. Super stressful on our part but they made it happen in all of a week.
