A.I love what BetterSaver is doing for consumers, giving control over Kiwisaver beyond the percentage gains. The ethics quiz is such a neat idea, and I'd be surprised if the big companies don't copy their idea any time soon. Its great knowing how my money stacks up with how I want my future to be.
Spent ages uhm-ing and err-ing about whether I ought to change funds, and where I should take my money. Rupert held an email convo for pretty much a month with me, no questions asked. Gave me a phonecall to explain the harder bits too. Jade took over with the transferal process, and it was super smoothly done in a couple days (once i gave the go ahead). Absolutely great service to match a great idea.
